Apartment is really well located in a lovely part of town with lots of nearby restaurants and cafes in walking distance. There is a very well-equipped kitchen and comfy bed along with a nice living space. The host is fantastic and really attentive with fast responses to any queries we had re parking, check-in times etc. He really went above and beyond with shipping some belongings left behind which was extremely appreciated.

The furniture outside is in very bad condition and unusable in both terraces (nothing like the pictures), washing machine with mold and bad smell, no cleaning was done or offered during our 11 day stay

The apartment is located in the center, very comfortable to all services. The accomodation is very nice and has everything necessary. Ronald is very helpful to give information and suggestions regarding the parking near the place. Definitely I suggest who wants to stay in Funchal :)

A great first visit to Madeira with our young boys. Great apartment within walking distance of Central Funchal. The Flower Festival was taking place which was an added bonus. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks Ronald.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The property has had some considerable use, but it is all comfortable and clean.

The property is in a very central location. Quiet, secure apartment with loads of good restaurants around the vicinity.

Nothing much. There is a washing machine. Additional bath towels & kitchen towels which we can wash ourselves would have been perfect.

Good location for access into Funchal, yet quiet overnight and evening

elegant clean modern finish to a beautiful old building retaining high ceilings and many original features in completely restored condition. Spacious feel to apartment, well equipped kitchen, great wetroom/showers. Impressive use of ceramics on walls and floors of bathrooms. Big smart tv in lounge and two more in bedrooms (though no cable or aerial input for them). Lots of storage space and a secure safe. Two private patios to enjoy the day or night . The apartment is accessed through a very secure front door and the hall and stairway outside leading to the strong and secure original front street door is also completely modern with clean lines. When you step out the front door you are in the heart of San Pedro- a lovely part of Funchal with restaurants, cafes, shops and sights all around you.

Beautifully decorated and the amenities were fantastic. Would recommend strongly to stay here if you go to Funchal.

Spacious and very good quality appliances. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Extra plus for the lovely welcome package of Madeira wine and cakes! The location is excellent, with everything you need in Funchal city at your fingertips, but still mostly very quiet at night, just some noise from the neighbouring apartment.

It would be helpful if there was somewhere to place your own shower things in the shower, instead of having to put them on the floor. The instructions for garbage removal were also a bit confusing since they ask you to place these in a locked cupboard for which there is no access. The apartment gets a little cold since it's never in direct sunlight, but the host provided a duvet very quickly when asked.

It was light, spacious, clean, great outside space , excellent location and very quiet even though it was in the middle of the old part of the city.

Would have liked extra pillows on the beds as spares had no pillowcases.
