It's a four to five star grade hotel at decent price to value

Karaoke room charges very steep

The only thing they're good at is photoshop. The photos of the facilities are a lie, especially the pool. The room was good, but that was the only positive. The restaurant on 1st floor almost sent my husband to the hospital. I informed them of his allergy and stomach sickness, and asked 5 times for a not spicy meal beforehand. They brought a flaming-red, most spicy ramen we've ever tried (which wasn't indicated in the menu), and instead of apologizing, they defended stubbornly and just changed the water of the soup, but kept the rest and the chilies on top, which was still very spicy. We were forced to pay, even though we almost had to go BACK to the hospital because of this "mistake". Anyone can make a mistake, but amend after, and the whole staff did the opposite. The restaurant on the rooftop was ok though, and informed about my husband's state.

The hotel feels like a post-apocalyptic, post-communist war, ghost motel. We felt a really creepy vibe, especially in the pool (which is the reason most people go). Everything is rusted, old. The sun loungers are dirty and the towels have holes in them. The casino tv's in the lifts are super annoying. The staff is also incapable, they forgot one of our 2 big suitcases in the room when checking out, and defended themselves not believing there was another one, I was forced to go with to prove them.

Just love the view from the huge windows and balcony. The apartment feels posh and very clean but yet affordable. View from the rooftop pool is just magnificent. Breakfast spread was good. We are muslims and they pay attention to our needs, separating cooked food from the main buffet.

The management could provide some plates and cutleries in the apartment that comes with kitchenette and a microwave. We had to asked for room service each time to get our packed food heated up. In the end, they decided to lend us the microwave and had it sent to our room. Now that is initiative and they do pay attention to our needs. This is not part didnt like issues. This is thumbs up on service 👍

This is the best hotel in Da Nang. Nice view, good swimming pool, friendly staff.

The view from room was amazing! Along with food, which was delicious and reasonable rate for a 5 star hotel and had sufficient quantity in a serving. The best though, is the rooftop pool.
