Everything! Especially the breakfast, before climbing Skiddaw. But we were very pleased with the facilities and the welcome from Paul was very sincere.

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at the Babbling Brook. Our host Paul was very helpful from the beginning of our stay and he helped us plan our stay in Keswick and gave us good recommandations. The room was cozy and clean and we really felt like home there. We especially enjoyed the full-english breakfast, which Paul prepared for us ever morning. We highly recommand staying in the Babbling Brook and we will definitly come back the next time.

Lovely warm welcome from Paul.Our room overlooked the river and mountains.Huge comfy bed and great location as just short walk into town. Carol cooked a fab brekky and nothing was too much trouble.My fella even had a candle in his breakfast this morning for his birthday.Thanks for a lovely stay.

This place is an amazing little stay. The bedroom is immaculately presented, with little chocolates next to the bed, tea and coffee, robes and an amazing view. Though you have to share a bathroom, it wasn't a problem. It's close to town, and the owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would also do yourself a favour and order the English breakfast it was delicious.

My preordained breakfast came too quickly, when only halfway through cereal,so was only warm when I began to eat.Poached eggs were hard,and bacon overdone.- a bit disappointing,as rest of stay brilliant.

An excellent place to stay at in Keswick. Very good location, I had a beautiful room facing the river, all was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

Hosts were great as was the breakfast. Room 1 was spot on with nice seating and large comfy bed. Handy location, close to town.
Nothing. The en-suite was small and the parking is where you can find a place on the streets. This is typical of Keswick and not a fault of the B&B.

The room was comfortable, the staff incredibly helpful, and the cleanliness good. A lovely hotel experience. Special thanks to Paul, the boss, who kindly reminded us to retrieve our keys we left in the room after leaving. Highly recommended!

On arrival, I was met by Paul who was very welcoming and explained everything about the rooms and the layout also was very informative about local pubs and restaurants and places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Many thanks
I can't say I didn't like anything there I was told that I had share a bathroom which was no problem at all. It was also very clean and tidy.

We were a little late owing to traffic, but our host was incredibly gracious upon our arrival. Our room was exactly as described, the beds super comfy. We had a shared bathroom which was spotless. Our host gave us recommendations on where to eat, where to visit and was just an absolute delight.

Great hosts and location only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. When we return to Keswick this will be the first place we look for!
