Location, staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable.

Rundown, cracks in corner walls, bathroom not clean & cracked shower glass. The fights and pot smokers around us. 1st they gave us had bags of rubbish in it.

The location was good and close to the centre.

Staff telephone manner was dismissive and unaccommodating on two occasions. Staff organisation and communication was lacking. They couldn’t find the room, even though we called ahead. They gave us another room, which was missing a bed. They came in and set up a few hours later, awkwardly in the room, which we had to squeeze around to pass. Very expensive for what it was & experience. No local discount.

Friendly and comfortable

There wasn’t any dryer in the property only a washing machine but that was still okay.

Paper thin walls. I could hear everything what neighbours talked.

Location was convenient, manager at reception was helpful.

Room didn’t feel, look or smell clean, pillows were old and brown.. manager is a lovely guy but house keeping is letting it down.

This hotel is being used for emergency accommodation for homeless. One of our rooms had been damaged prior to our arrival and had no door. Offered a downgraded room to replace one room which was not appropriate for number of guests. Then made us pay for another room. Manager was rude to all members of our travelling party and not willing to support us and lied about what had been offered. Other guests knocked on doors asking for money so felt unsafe and uneasy to leave any items in rooms. Pool was full of worms and not clean so unable to be used. Dogs roaming around unsupervised whilst small children were running around. Not enough linen in rooms and not refreshed over the four night stay. Did not feel like we were wanted there at all only concerned about homeless guests and money from government. Do not stay here for a holiday!
