Bon emplacement, la personne nous a bien accueilli, merci pour lui, chambre correcte.
Manque beaucoup d'éléments cités dans la description de la chambre, pas de télévision, pas de four micro-ondes, pas de lave-linge et surtout une chaleur étouffante la nuit car pas de climatisation ni ventilateur, étant au rez-de-chaussée, impossible de dormir avec la porte ouverte, quel dommage !!

Ich verstehe, dass dies kein 10 * Hotel ist (wo der Besitzer gerne seine Gäste schickt, wenn sie etwas nicht mögen), aber das Hotel verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, Heizung, einen funktionierenden Fernseher (Host, kaufen Sie eine neue Fernbedienung für den Fernseher. Deine funktioniert nicht. Auf AliExpress kostet es 1,29 €) und sogar Seife. Und nehmen Sie an Kursen über Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit gegenüber den Gästen teil. Wir sind keine Flüchtlinge aus den ärmsten Ländern, die bei dir Schutz suchen, sondern wir zahlen das Geld, das du angefordert hast. Im Allgemeinen wirklich Vila, nicht Villa.
In der Broschüre zu diesem Objekt hieß es: „Eines der ältesten Gebäude in der Gegend“. In Wirklichkeit ist es das älteste Gebäude!

La decoración horrible, todo descuidado y feo. Cuando le preguntamos al encargado si podía guardarnos la maleta, no fue muy colaborador.

Villa lovely looking from outside split into small apartments. In need of refurb, bedding tired covered in bobbles as old. TV didn't work no firestick host didn't have another. No fan It was 🔥. Everything there but just Old. Right next to clubs so expected noise but too hot to close one set of double doors

location is amazing. 30sec walk to the sea side, shops and night life. the outside little patio where you can relax was also nice.

Our Flight was scheduled for leaving Teneriffe at 4 p.m. We asked the day before, if it was possible to leave later than the requred 10 a.m. The host said he will check, no answer. At 10 a.m. a very unfriendly lady forced us to leave within 15 Minutes. That day heavy rain was poring down, so we had to stay somewhere outside with all the luggage. DEFINITELY NO RECOMMENDATION.
Btw, the bed was really bad, far too soft. Two nights in this bed and you probably need a wheel chair for moving. My partner was moving out and preferred to sleep on the couch.

only good thing was the location.
Room with old facilities and dirty. Bedroom sheets with stains. Hairs in the bathroom and shower head (broken) spraying water all over the place. Our bedroom had no windows. the only source of light was the door.

Host was friendly and kind, he allowed us to check-in few hours before the deadline.
The location is excellent, 50m from the beach, from where you can see the best sunset from Las Americas.
The room had all the prerequisites needed for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back for a next stay in Tenerife.

Helpful staff, our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive to the apartment until 9:30pm, the manager came back to let us in although the check in finished at 7pm. Clean and tidy apartment, free parking on the street.
There was no wifi in the building apart from one day in the communal area (patio). The manager tried to help but couldn't fix it.

The guy that recieved us and gave us the keys was so Nice, polite and layed-back. Good appartment with exelent location.
Talked with 2 people on costumer service, was yelled at by both for coming 15 min late, absolutely appaling and horrendous people.

Very nice staff, wonderful view and location. We loved it so much. I recommend this place also for a longer stay.
