I have stayed here before and it is ideal for my needs, and the location could not be better placed for access to the local night life and restaurants etc.

I did not like the fact that I could not stay for a longer visit. Unfortunately, old friends and relatives were only over for the weekend and I also had to return back to my home for business.

Clean and comfortable lovely and warm

Host Emma and her sister were lush they were kind and friendly they didn’t bother us we came and go as we please and if we needed anything they were helpful and the beds were Comfortable and fresh bed sheets and pillows were comfy and fresh set of towels

Room was basic had old carpet needed new 1 and walls needed painted the bathroom was small no window and shower was very small couldn’t move around much without getting your elbows hit by shower door wouldn’t shut properly and when you step in shower was making creaking noise thought was gonna fall and the plastic was coming off the bottom

Good location

Cleanliness of shower and bathroom needed updating. Thick dust on bottom of only chair in room. Very small wardrobe. We were in room 3 up 2 flights of stairs. Only time I saw owner was whe we arrived and were given keys !!

Great host, only to happy to help with any question. Clean tidy throughout, better the so called better priced aces close by. I stayed for almost a week, and not a single issue. They leave you alone too. If you want anything, just ask....they are only too happy to help.

The room was small but for the price you could not mourn but would have liked a chair or something to sit down to have a cup of tea or just to get ready

Perfect location. Perfect base if you just want B&B. Basic but clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was 'help yourself', always plenty of breads, crumpets, cereal bars, cerals, yogurts, bananas and juice. Would definatley stay again. Good value for money 😊

Staff amazing polite nothing to much bother friendly close town and beach me an my sister I'll an we bonkers forgetful but lovely relaxed stay we went t stay as it was a family reunion we were stressed but soon felt comfortable thank you definitely going to book this place in future
