The house was clean and comfortable. Not yo forget the welcome eggs and cake.

We had to improvise when it came to recycling. A note above the dust would have been nice. We found the info by the stairs eventually.

The spacious and clean place. Ideal location and close to sea and high street.

Loved the house. Plenty of space for our blended family. Very clean. Beds were comfy and well made. Had everything we needed.

Lovely big house. Clean. Host was so accomodating. Asked for possible banners for 2 birthdays and was greeted with a balloon and 2 cakes. Fantastic. Would definetly stay there again. Couldnt fault anything. Well equipped place. Always take bits as you end up stuck without them but not here. Everything u need. Beds were so so comfortable! Fantastic!!!

Lovely property in a good location. Six of us stayed in perfect comfort. Kitchen with sitting area was great for social cooking and playing games etc. Small Lounge was great allowing some members of the family to sit and watch telly. Well equipped house that was airy, nice and clean. Bedrooms were good size with excellent comfy beds and room to move. Location was good but the walk down into Torquay centre is short but very steep; the walk back was a challenge! Parking near to the house was fine and the area felt very safe. All in all highly recommended but, be prepared for some fitness gains if you go for a walk.

Boiler in the property was playing up. The owner was very helpful about this. There were a few small maintenance issues that need attending to in addition to the boiler. Toilet seat was loose, toilet roll holder kept falling off and carpet in the hall was very wet following heavy rain. None of these were big issues but cumulatively they became a bit annoying.

It was very clean and warm which was a bonus due to the weather

The closeness to torquay, 3 discent sized bedrooms

Good location although the hill to walk up to the house from the town is very steep you need to be pretty fit! The house was great though, clean and comfortable, nice outdoor space and we found parking for two cars no problem. Would recommend this house. Thank you x

No tea towels in the kitchen, other than that it was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Really well presented, good central location, very comfortable home from home. Plenty of space for 6 people with outdoor seating in the warm weather. Very clean.

Blinds in the twin room don't close.

What we were disappointed with was the house had not been cleaned to the standard that is required especially because of the pandemic. The house needs a good deep clean and the oven had not been cleaned still greasy food mess on the grill pan. We rang the hosts and they sorted it out to be cleaned the next day it, still not that great. We had no black bags. Also the curtains particularly in the single bed room did not exist. So you were woken so early as it’s summer. The garden furniture was not as shown in the photos. No sun loungers if you wanted to relax. Just metal chairs and a metal bench. I’m afraid we felt the details were missing.

Lovely very spacious house with all the facilities I required and needed. Clean and cosy house. Everything was perfect.

Didn't like the weather

The property had everything we needed, the garden in particular was great for my 2 little boys. It was clean and lovingly decorated. The cleaner who arrived on our departure was warm and friendly.

The only issue I had was the parking with the little ones but that’s just a consequence of too many cars amongst lovely old houses and no reflection on the property owners

Spacious, clean, comfy and good location. Had issue with hot water not working, but Matt arranged for plumber to come out within the hour and all sorted very quickly and efficiently.

Exceptional property, very comfortable and well- equipped. We loved everything about the house and its surroundings.

Good location but very hilly! Nice and clean and nearly everything we needed was provided.

The sofa in the kitchen wasn’t very comfortable, probably needs replacing.
