die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Zu Meer und in die kleine Stadt sind es wenige Minuten. In der Nähe ist ein Wald, so dass unser Hund ebenfalls einen tollen Urlaub hatte.

Aufgrund der heißen Temperaturen wäre ein Fliegenschutz an der Terrasse gut, damit man die Tür auflassen kann.

great house for a family…lots of room. 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a play room upstairs…easy stroll down the hill to the village. parking space for 2 cars. Yport is a lovely little place.

2 sets of steep stairs…one to a playroom, 1 to access one of the double bedrooms…was fine with our supervised 3 year old but steps a bit steep and may be hard to control small childre from the temptation of the climb!

Ideally located in a calm street & area very close to the forest & town centre. It's fully equipped, comfortable, cosy for a January visit. Contemporary architecture well decorated in a modern style. Fabulous terrace. Très chic. Very helpful hosts, quick to answer queries by text. We will definitely return. You won't be disappointed.

The only thing we'd suggest is maybe having a child /pet gate between the back terrace and front patio area / Street.

Perfect location: the village of Yport is very quiet and picturesque. It is a place for those, who seek a secluded place aside from the common touristic ways. In the middle of June there was very few people, mostly locals and weekend visitors. Close to Etreta and Fecamp, easy to get to Amiens, Rouen, Onfleur. The house is very comfortable, for our family of three, it was rather spacious. The outside terrace is just perfect. The bedrooms are rather small but very cozy, and it is so comfortable to have two separate bathrooms. The attic is a superb room for kids with lots of board games and other stuff. Fine kitchen, no problem with cooking and dining home.

If you need to use the third bedroom, you have to keep in mind that it is not really separated (it is an attic above another bedroom), and it is suitable only for young and agile: you have to climb very steep stairs to access it.

Quietness. Not far away from the beach.

To get Mahonia by car is a challenge (incorrect house address in description + very narrow unpaved road more suitable for 4x4). All items which were listed in property description are presented at hause except washing machine, most of them well used. Two sleeping room are pretty small - about 10 square meters, third [connected] "bedroom" even less, has height about 150cm in highest point and accessible through hazardous stairs only.
