Pool was not clean.. Should be open till late night for the guests

Booking process. Inspite of availability if rooms, I could not got booking on direct calling, but managed thru marketing sites. It was bit bitter experience due to multiple booking.

Chef puransingh and the restaurant staff are very good, food is delicious and services are too good 👍
This is my second stay

Room was not clean and there was some bugs and dust so need to be cleaned.

the pool was really dirty and we did give the same feedback to the staff as well as there was moss at the bottom

GST in Restaurant with walk in customers. Pricing also highly inflated in some cases. Eg : Phulka in Nainital Manu Maharani rs 35 only. Here 149 rs. Further no compensation by booking.Com for 2days no stay.

location is good, situated just outside town , but right on the main road to Corbett. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained
catering was hopeless, almost non existent probably a post COVID, low occupancy effect.
