We visit Pensacola frequently. This was our first time staying at Salty Kisses. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Very clean condo. And the beds were so comfy. Our host, Cissi, was amazing. She was always available when we had any questions and she was so quick to respond.
I could go on and on about this place. Highly recommend! We will without a doubt be back to Salty Kisses!

This place was amazing! We needed to get away after my wife’s father passed away and this was just the place we needed. Close to the beach and the condo was just as described. Cissi is wonderful to work with. She was easy to contact and communicate with. She is the best. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Just what we needed. Just needed longer at the condo. We will schedule earlier next time to have more time. You will definitely enjoy this place. Thanks again. Jerry

Enjoyed our stay, location is simple and ease access to many restaurants and others. Love how it is not crowded at the beach. Will definitely come back again some day!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Many chairs/beach toys are provided which makes the experience that much better. Mere steps to the sand and dedicated parking close to the elevator. The property also has shopping carts/luggage carts available to use, which is fantastic. One item to note is that the beds are very firm. If you like a firm bed, you're all set!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our long weekend getaway. The condo was fabulous and Cissi was a wonderful host!

We enjoyed this condo. The beds were very comfortable- bonus because always a worry. The owner’s communication was top notch. The access to the beach was easy and close. Having the chairs and umbrella included was a great bonus. The parking was close to the door, but the carts to haul your belongings were super helpful. Literally across the street from Peg Leg’s and a convenient store. The kitchen is well stocked (no k cup coffee machine)!
The beach was never crowded. Very family friendly area.
We left sand toys behind! The boogie boards were broken so we purchased our own, if you’re wanting some stop at Walmart and grab them ($10). Would stay again!

We stayed here for a long weekend for my daughter’s cheer competition and had THE best time. Everything was clean, the location was amazing, and communication with Cissi was perfect. We’re already planning another trip back!

Accommodations were clean and well stocked with everything you need from cooking to beach equipment. Cissi was very easy to communicate with and answered calls promptly. We had a great stay and plan on making this our go to accommodations in Pensacola Beach.

Everything you can think of is available to you in this beautiful salty kisses home especially when traveling with kids. Family and kid’s friendly. Check in process super easy. Cissi communication is fast and accommodating. There is enough linen, toilet paper, trash bags, beach towels, toys (yes it’s the small things that matter for me). I have to talk about the walking distance from Peg Leg Pete’s - yes google it. It’s right across from the San Souci!!! Then the perfect ocean view ❤️

Quaint beach condo. Nice decor. Appreciated the stocking of essentials and lots of detergents, towels, beach towels, etc.Cissi was easy to deal with and responded promptly each and every time. Kite Festival was great. Favourite restaurant was Red Fish Blue Fish as we went back repeatedly and Joe Patti’s in Pensacola - not to be missed and lived up to the hype.

We loved the location, the decor, and the communication!! We can’t wait to go back again so we can stay longer. We watched the sun rise and set each day from the back porch. Ocean views all around and superb communication. Everything was provided just bring your clothes, food, and shampoo and you are set!

This is my third time staying at Sans Souci condominiums. I love the location. It’s away from the crowds, which is what I prefer. The covered parking is wonderful, with designated parking. Cissi’s unit was great! It was comfortable and beautiful. She was great at communicating quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again at all and hope to do so!!

OMG Salty Kisses was amazing for this 'college girlfriends reunion'! It was absolutely perfect and our host Cici was so courtesy and accommodating! I wanted to send gifts for my girlfriends before our arrival as a surprise and she had me send to her and she delivered to the condo before our stay! Will definitely be back! We had so much fun and lots of memories made!

Excellent all around! Place is as stated and then some. Best communication I’ve had with an owner (personal, not a rental agency). Easy to get to, secure parking, everything worked at the complex and inside the unit, beautiful and fun decor, storage locker with umbrellas/chairs/toys provided, beautiful ocean views, pool area was clean and the beach access is spectacular. Thank you!

We booked this condo for a week. It was everything we expected. It was well furnished and had everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable week. Unfortunately, our trip got cut short due to a family emergency. We will definitely return here!

Great place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach and sun. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out. Loved the little extras included like a locker with beach chairs and toys. Kitchen was stocked well and whole condo was well appointed. We loved it!

The beds are comfortable, and there is a very nice seating area. The Sans Soucci is a good size complex with garage parking, an elevator, and plenty of carts for transporting items from car to condo.
The view from the patio looks straight out to the gulf. A nice sized pool is available. Beach access is very convenient across an attached crossover walk.

Now I know the reason this location has all five star reviews.
It is at a wonderful location, with a beautiful condo that has a direct view of the beach, with nice bedrooms including comfortable beds, a storage area with the toys and chairs you want at the beach and everything you need for meals is in the kitchen.
But the REAL reason for the five stars is the owner. She pays attention to detail in her condo and responds quickly to any inquiries. She is wonderful!

We loved the location and the condo complex. The condo itself was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable. The condo was spotless when we checked in and the host kept in touch. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

My husband and I came down for a last minute stay. Cissi was great at communication and even let us know we could check in a little early. The co do is in the perfect location. King bed was comfy and I loved there was a variety of pillows to choose from. Tasteful decor and quick responses to texts. Would 10/10 recommend.
