The location is very good. We can go shopping and then go home to take a rest then go shopping again. It has a little supermarket at 2 min walk. I like it very much.

Very modern with all the amenities needed for a stay of any length. Beautiful decor. Excellent location right in the centre of Rome.

Maison Letizia was a great place to stay, very spacious, extremely clean!!!, very good bathrooms, beautifully decorated, excellent location. We met Kenia at our arrival, she was extremely nice with us. We were a family of 6 traveling (4 kids and 2 adults) the accommodations were perfect. We didn't use the kitchen or the living room so much, but it was well equipped. Location is fantastic. The Host arrange a large mini van for us from the airport to the apartment, that was very good and efficient. The Host was very helpful. THANK YOU

The lift is on the small size as we were a party of 5 persons and could not get everyone in at the same time. But grateful that there is a lift as it is on the 3rd floor.

The apartment is beautifully furnished in a great location near all the major sights. The apartment is clean and has everything you need (excellent kitchen facilities and even a washing machine) to make your stay comfortable. The host Domenico was very responsive and kind. Everything was perfect. We travel a lot. This is at the top of the list. Best place to stay in Rome! Thank you for a most wonderful stay.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The building felt secure. The apartment is nicely decorated and has most everything you need. Everything functioned properly. The host was very nice and helpful. Enough space to spread out as a family.

The pillows need replacing and the walls, switches and handles needed some cleaning attention. The rugs also were not the cleanest and some of our bedding had stains.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. We were two couples visiting Rome together for 4 nights and there was an abundance of space for us all. The apartment had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each couple had our own master suite. Two bedrooms were very large and the third bedroom was a good place to store our luggage once we had unpacked. The third bedroom was in between us so we didn’t share a wall with the other couple. Both bathrooms were fabulous - one with a tub and double sinks, the other slightly bigger with a large walk in shower. The water pressure was just right and both showers had rainhead and hand held options. Overall the layout of the apartment was great for us because the lounge room and kitchen were away from the bedrooms so we didn’t disturb anyone if we got up early to make breakfast or watch tv. The apartment was just so spacious! The facilities in the apartment were excellent. All bedrooms and the lounge room had smart tvs with Netflix and air conditioning. Wifi worked well. Kitchen had lots of basics so that we didn’t need to buy them e.g olive oil, salt and pepper, herbs and spices. It was easy to communicate with the property through the booking.com app to arrange check in. What I loved the most about the apartment was the high quality design and furnishings. It felt like home. A beautiful space to come back to after a long day of exploring Rome. We didn’t want to leave! The location also couldn’t get better. It’s located in a beautiful street in close proximity to lots of great shops and restaurants and the Spanish Steps.

Because we were two couples rather than a family, we would have liked access to two sets of keys so that we could do things separately without worrying about getting back into the apartment. A bit of noise from the street below from garbage trucks in the mornings but such is Rome.
