Este apartamento completamente independiente es el lugar perfecto para pasar sus vacaciones en la hermosa Bahía de Plenty.
Compensado de la casa de los propietarios, esta unidad de 2 dormitorios tiene su propia entrada y su propio patio privado con mesa y sillas al aire libre.
La propiedad está ubicada en un callejón sin salida privado y está enclavada en un hermoso fondo verde de arbustos nativos. La propiedad es un refugio tranquilo lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio y es el complemento perfecto para un ajetreado día de turismo o después de un gran día en la playa. ¡Solo ven a casa y relájate!
Es perfecto para los niños. Hay un trampolín disponible y hay un parque infantil y un parque deportivo a solo unos minutos a pie. Hay 2 kayaks disponibles para usar en el estuario, que está literalmente a un tiro de piedra de la casa.
Si bien está configurado para atender a 4 personas, hay espacio para colocar una cama / colchón adicional en el segundo dormitorio para una quinta persona. Por favor, pregunte acerca de esta opción.

Very quiet and equiped well for any length of stay. The drive in is tricky, but no big deal.

We stayed here during AIMS Games week and it was the perfect location for us as it was halfway between the 2 pool venues our team was playing waterpolo at. Clean, tidy and has everything you need for a quiet, relaxing stay. Brett, the property manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would go back.

Excellent accomodation, suited all our needs. First trip away from wellington with our 4 month old baby.
Hosts allowed for early check in and were very helpful, making sure we had all that we needed.

The unit was in a quiet location and very clean. The beds were comfortable with quality linen. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking facilities. We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful. The location was in a perfect for visits to the Tauranga city centre and to Mt Maunganui beaches. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and that we really got value for the money.

Great wee spot for a Tauranga break
We really enjoyed our stay, peaceful spot, great hosts, comfortable property with very nice facilities. We particularly appreciated the toys for our girls, and using the long driveway for scooting and biking! Many thanks, Alison

Fabulous Getaway
What a great place to stay! Brett & Leonie were super hosts, so friendly and helpful. It was a bonus having the estuary right on our doorstep and our teenage boys loved having the use of the kayaks. The accommodation was lovely and had everything we needed. Thanks Brett & Leonie for having us - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

Perfect place to stay. When we were away from the hustle and bustle of The Mount the estuary kept our 14 Yr old satisfied with the use of kayaks etc. Property is really clean and nicely decorated and very homey. Loved every minute of it

The cottage / flat was clean , airy, well appointed with beach feel colours and crisp clean linen. It was fully inclusive of kitchen equipment and a washing machine. We did not meet Leonie but Brett was absolutely welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. We had a fabulous comfortable stsy. Thank you so MUCH!

Perfect stay
We have been here for a week and enjoyed it very much. The house was very clean and quiet. Any questions have been answered immediatly by Brett who was a great host.

Fresh modern new accommodation
Right from the start our experience with this property was excellent. Brett and Leonie were prompt and very helpful communicators as the booking was set up and this set the tone for a great visit to their lovely place. Fresh and modern, this near new build is an annexe to the main house well separated by the garage affording privacy and quiet with its own entrance courtyard and garden. Everything needed for meal preparation was available in the well equipped kitchen. The living space is compact but still feels roomy due to good design. The bedrooms are very comfortable with crisp white linen, all facilities are immaculate. A well stocked linen cupboard meant fresh towels were available when needed. The property is located right near the foreshore with ready access to the water. Our hosts were available if needed and did everything they could to make us comfortable. We stayed for a week and Ebbtide Way was a great base from which to explore the region. A beautiful location we are very happy to recommend.

Lovely private accommodation
Stayed there with my daughter and her baby. My daughter was getting married the next day. We had 3 bridesmaids and hairdressers and make up people arrive early the next morning. Brett the owner was amazing, making sure we had everything we needed, including curling tongs and umbrellas. Lovely clean accommodation, with everything you need.
