La ubicacion la mejor a solo 50mt

La verdad la pasamos muy bien relacion calidad precio lo que hubiera cambiado es la distribucion que nos dieron ya que fuimos 9 personas y nos pusieron en 3 habitaciones

Os quartos precisam de. Reforma....no meu por exemplo começou a chover na cama...me passaram pra outro não tão melhor assim...eu fiquei gripado...mesmo assim me pediram pra voltar pro quarto anterior...dizendo que arrumaram...muito mofo..acabei indo pra outro hotel para não piorar minha saúde.

Great Stay. Staff super friendly, although I don't really speak or understand Portuguese. Apart from that: 20m to the beach, 20m to the supermarket, 50m to the next restaurant. Incredible! Sunrise magical, sunset ;-)

Location was perfect, walk to beach in 15 seconds, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes bars all within 5 minutes walk. Perfect spot. Mara was a friendly and energetic host who was very accommodating. The place was neat and tidy. Kitchen is small, yet sufficient. A basic hotel that I thought was good value for money. I would stay there again. I had a full sized fridge in my room too, could be handy for some people.

All was fine.

I hate giving bad reviews and almost never do it. So this review is going to be complicated. We tried to save money and chose Residencial Rogerio Beachmar. It’s located steps from the beautiful beach and was very inexpensive. We saw inside some of the rooms and they looked nice. But our room was budget and not in nice condition. Small and grungy. Still… it was what we expected. Unfortunately, a fan broke during our stay. It fell off a table because of its own force. The hotel tried to charge us R$230 to replace their old fan which they carelessly mounted. (I looked online and could easily have replaced it with a higher quality fan for about half that price). I wanted to be a nice guest and offered them half of the true cost. Hopefully nothing goes wrong during your stay here. But, if you do choose Residencial Rogerio Beachmar, it’s worth knowing that they may try to take advantage of you. Be aware and expect less.

Great location, very close to the beach and shops. Very interesting surf community. Wifi is pretty decent. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nice, quiet and relaxing departure from the main city of Florianópolis.

First experience with a pousada. So i cannot really say it was something i didn't like. Just not accustomed to. Make sure to pack towels as none are supplied. More like a temporary apartment. With beds and bedding furnished.

The location was fantastic and there were good sea views.

The photos were very different to what we actually got.
