Tranquilidad, Desayuno bien preparado aunque faltó variedad. Conservación de infraestructura del lugar.

Falta televisión en los cuartos. El ingreso al hotel la vía no está en muy buen estado, aunque está empedrado le queda mucho mejor una placa huella, con esta adecuación vial no sufren los carros más bajitos y los que no tienen 4×4. Cambiar toallas y tendidos todos los días. Faltan mallas en las puertas para evitar el ingreso de los zancudos.

La cabaña donde nos quedamos era súper bonita y tranquila. Una vista espectacular de las montañas. La comida era muy rica, aunque la oferta un poco limitada. El salón de juegos estaba bien equipado y la tienda de la honestidad es una idea genial.

El restaurante es muy pequeño y a la hora del desayuno es posible que si no van temprano les toque esperar un buen rato. Debido a esto hubo un mal entendido con los desayunos por falta de coordinación entre los empleados de la cocina, pero la administradora nos reclamó a nosotros.

Las vistas son increibles, yo creo que para toda persona que tenga una vida tan saturada de tecnologia, puede venir a este lugar y encontrar la paz que necesita para volver recargado a la vida cotidiana.

La entrada es empedrada, es un poco dificil entrar y salir con una moto que sea bajita ( en mi caso una Gixxer sf ) por lo que el carenado raya con las rocas. pero con paciencia se supera ese desafio

Vi boede i en bungalow lidt væk fra selve hovedbygningen. Værelset virkede uforstyrret trods to andre bungalows 5-10 meter væk. Udsigten var skøn både fra sengen, altanen og badeværelset. Der var rent og pænt. Vi havde en bil, så turen ind til Manizales centrum tog 10-20 minutter afhængig af tidspunktet på dagen. Havde vi ikke haft bil kunne vi have bestilt en taxa til afhentning en kort gåtur oppe af vejen. Morgenmaden var god trods et meget lille udvalg.

Personalet virkede lukkede og meget lidt serviceminded. De var sjældent til stede og smilede ikke ret meget, når vi så dem. Stien ned til bungalowsne var rustik og havde ingen belysning, så det var en udfordring at finde trygt ned til bungalowen om aftenen. Der var ikke rude i vinduet på badeværelset, hvilket betød, at der blev utroligt koldt, når solen gik ned og det var derfor ikke super behageligt at gå i bad sammen som par og det var koldt at komme ud af badet uanset hvad. Desuden havde værelset ikke varme, så man skulle være taktisk med sit bad og tage et par ekstra sokker på.

Some of the best views you will ever get. The staff, Yeny, Victor and Luz were very friendly and accommodating. The place is absolutely gorgeous.

The only downside is that the road leading to the hotel is unpaved and very rocky. Some taxi drivers could not reach the hotel entrance, so I had to walk down the hill a few times. It is very difficult to reach by car. Breakfast was also very repetitive with just 2 options, so they should look into adding more options for guests who stay for a few days.

Beautiful, laid out well, free breakfast. Lunch & Dinner offered for additional cost. We had a cabana overlooking the mountains that was expansive and a great place to wake up. The gardens were well kept, in bloom and healthy. Nice trails to hike short distances. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Everything was perfect and beautiful. The place is wonderful in the middle of the nature, the room was spacious and clean and the lodge has all the necessary amenities and services. Breakfast was very good and the staff was super nice!

Amazing property and view! It is a real paradise and I could have easily stayed longer. The room is a bit tired and could be really standout with a few updates but the bed is comfortable. Very good breakfast provided. An incredible little troupe of small dogs live on the property and really made our stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay nice.

A bit far from anywhere so you really need a car. The driveway down is pretty steep and bumpy, we barely made it down in our small car.

Staff were very friendly and caring. Breakfast, lunch and dinner food options were fab and we were well looked after. The location is a spot outside Manizales, away from the chaos and on the mountain side in the jungle. The bungalow was a perfect treat. Very relaxing to chill on the veranda in our hammocks. Lovely bathroom with the best shower, inc hot water! There are a couple of short trails through the forest and a beautiful garden to explore during the stay as well.

It has definitely been the best place I stayed at while in Colombia. One can't simply describe how beautiful and peaceful this place is: waking up to birds singing outside your room, facing nothing but nature and an amazing sunrise, while having a cup of the best coffee you'll ever have. Yes, this is the place.

such a beautifully quiet spot of the edge of the craziness of Manizales. the room was perfect, the bed comfortable and the showers hot. the view over the valley was incredible! breakfast was adequate and tasty. staff were all lovely and helpful. also secure parking for motorcycles

Beautiful landscape. Lots of birds, excellent balcony. Helpful friendly l staff. One of the best places we've been in our trip. Excellent for birdwatching because they're lots of birds visible from balcony, easy to see and photograph.

Menu small and nothing vegan. Can order for delivery for more variety.

It was a great experience altogether. Great views, great rooms, great breakfast. The staff is friendly, and the property has a lot to offer in terms of nature and areas to explore.
