The property is nice, the rooms spacious and as shown in the photos. Breakfast is OK but what I would like to mention is the great staff.
I forgot my phone in the taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel and Jairo checked the video recording to get the license plate of the car, gave me his mobile phone while I went back to the terminal, at midnight, and kept on calling me to Chaco if everything was OK and to provide further instructions. How nice is that!!!
I got my mobile back the following day thanks to the support of the hotel staff, the police and all the taxi drivers that helped to locate my driver.

The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants. The neighborhood is generally quiet and feels safe. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. You can make a reservation for the jacuzzi, which is a good size for 3-4 people.
Nothing too bad to complain about. Breakfast wasn't amazing but it was fine.

The gym is really minimal, but next door there was a huge public gym with very reasonable one-week membership.

Extremely modern and comfortable far above the average for Colombia. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with many hot and cold options. Great deluxe room with large outside patio with views over the city. Hot tub and spa area on the roof.

The comfortable beds, the personal attention, the beautiful aroma in the hallways. close to everything and the food is delicious, really enjoyed the young lady that made the eggs fresh in front of you.

Breakfast in this hotel is phenomenal, with a nice buffet selection though eggs are prepared to your choice on the show-kitchen and at the moment of request. Breakfast staff were 10/10
Location is also easy to find and right next to a small shopping mall. The main part of the town with the nicer restaurants/amenities are a 5 minute taxi drive away (1,50 dollar fair aprox).
I was given the room next to the elevator so it did get noisy at certain times of the day, specially when everyone was on their way down to breakfast.

Overall an excellent experience at the Quo Quality Hotel where we stayed for 2 and then another 7 nights. Spacious modern rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, good breakfast for Colombian standards, great roof terrace, nearby shops and shopping center in the Palermo barrio. This hotel is our favourite in the city of Manizales. We will certainly be back.
Wifi connection in the room sometimes rather slow.

From start to finish the whole staff was excellent upgraded my room at check in at no extra cost wonderful sauna jacuzzi excellent place
