Pen, our host, was very helpful and was there to give us the keys upon our arrival. She was also very responsive, whenever we needed her assistance. Thank you Pen!

The location was quite dark, especially when we wanted to go out or come back at night.

Dirty, generally dust build up, bedding was not clean and pretty sure there were bed bugs

Given the cost of the place, the facilities can be improved. There were a lot of mosquitos and no repellents were available; no hand soap; cleanliness was not up to the mark. Communication was also an issue, since we did not have any of the caretakers contact details, (despite asking for them). Once the caretaker left after checking us in, there was no way to get in touch with them.

Location was OK but I would not go back, I felt overpriced to be perfectly honest

No loungers to lie by pool, also no microwave as stated there was one, rooms were definitely not soundproofed, we had noisy neighbours and what was supposed to be a relaxing break wasn't. The pool was not very clean so only went in once was also shady so freezing cold

Absolutely fantastic place, peaceful , clean and the owner and cleaners were super friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay, wish we could have stayed longer
