La situation proche de la ligne de tram 2, parking facile, le calme, l’équipement général.
Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être un peu plus soigné au niveau des produits. Il était correct sans plus.

Localización perfecta, en un barrio tranquilo, alejado del caos del centro pero muy cerca en transporte público.

La localización era cerca de la parada de tranvía.
Había suciedad, mesitas de noche con marcas de vasos y polvo, telarañas, las camas incómodas, sobre todo las almohadas que eran de pésima calidad, el agua de la ducha salía un hilo, aparte de esto el dueño aún estando ahí no se presentó, ni nada... aparte de esto, el tiene acceso a las habitaciones, ya que la entrada a nuestra estancia era simplemente subir la escalera y llegar a un rellano donde estan las puertas de habitaciones, sin mas separación. La luz de este rellano esta con sensores de movimiento (que se encuenden en medio de la noche) y ya pues entre que sabes que el tipo puede subir y que las luces se encienden sin que nadie este moviendose por la zona.. pues no sé, no volveria ni gratis

Adorámos a nossa estadia no apartamento! Localizado num bairro muito agradável com vista para o canal, distância curta a pé dos transportes públicos, que permitem chegar em cerca de 20-25 minutos ao centro de Amsterdão.
Só conhecemos o Johan no dia da nossa saída, mas foi um anfitrião sempre muito disponível para qualquer questão! Deixou-nos alguma comida para o pequeno-almoço.

Big and well equipped apartment located in a quiet part of Amsterdam, good connection to the centre of the city by tram.
Bad experience with the behaviour of the owner and his reactions to our complaints. The apartment was not properly cleaned, when we arrived. There was not any free wardrobe. In all of them were things of the owner. Breakfast was included in our order, but there were some things in the fridge, that were after expiration date, for example moldy butter, but it was replaced after our demand. In overall, the behaviour of the owner was not really friendly.

Everything was perfect! Food in the fridge, all the equipment, we enjoyed going by tram to the centre. The owner was very nice and helpful.
Missing door between the owner and our appartment (it´s just a feeling), everything was ok and we got used to it.

The accommodation was brilliant and Johan was a lovely host. He literally has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. More than enough room for 4 people. The fridge was also stocked with a few bits like bread, milk and juice.

Johan has a wonderful apartment. The rooms and furnishings were comfortable, there were snacks and breakfast items, it was very clean. The location was perfect for our return home, close to the airport.

I liked the location and the size of the property was perfect for our group.

A great space and welcoming host. Balcony was an added bonus and location was ideal for both the airport and the local area. It was great to be able to get out and see the canals even on a brief one night stop.

It was great to have a large bathroom with two sinks, a tub and a large shower. laundry in the unit was also great. it was good space for 4 people. Johan was very responsive to our questions and needs. The bathroom was clean. The 5min walk to the tram and the 20 min ride into the city centre was easy. Free parking was great.
Overall it was a basic stay. With just a few updates it could be great. The bedding, sheets, kitchen and bathroom towels all need replacing. While freshly washed they are are dingy and stained. The pillows are yellowed. The couch is old and needs replacing as well.
The unit needs a detailed cleaning, cobwebs in ceiling corners, dusty side tables, baseboards, small appliance area in the kitchen.

The apartment is very comfortable, with nice beds and windows. Everything was clean and comfortable, and Johan was responsive.
The only problem is the distance from central Amsterdam. It’s not too far though — about a 15 minute ride on the tram.

The beautiful apartment, views on the garden and little canal and garden terrace. Easy contact with the owner.
The bed and comforter were too hot. We did not ask if there were lighter comforters and did not see any around.

Nice and clean apartment. There was everything what you need. Very comfortable beds! Super terrace on the roof. Amazing green window view. Quiet neighborhood. The perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Thank you Johan for all 😊

Everything was perfect ! Johan was super nice with us, the appartment was extremely clean, spacious, useful. The terrace is really good to have a cosy drink. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen to have a breakfast !
Just be careful if you need to park the car, you'll have to park it on the street, sometimes just a bit far from the house (but it's really safe and free which is a luxury in Amsterdam !)

The breakfast was very good and Johan provided extra bread etc very quickly when asked. The accommodation contained all you could possibly want

Effortless from booking to arrival and departure. The host Johan ensured that any requested were dealt with promptly and there was a ready supply of food and drink for breakfast. The location whilst a little outside the centre is ideal if you are not there for the nightlife.
Really enjoyed the stay but one thing to note is that the stairs will not be suitable for everyone they are quite steep, narrow and a bit tricky with a heavy case. Still dont let that put you off

Perfect accommodation for our trip to Amsterdam. Clean and with nice amenities. Tram stop nearby. Also not far is a shopping center with plenty of parking. Free street parking outside the apartment is a plus. The roof terrace looks nice, but the weather was pretty poor so we didn't get much use of it. Has a typical steep but short Dutch staircase up to the apartment which is on the 1st floor, but a baby (or dog) gate at the top is a nice safety measure.
