The location is a bit off downtown, but taxis are easy to get and cheap. A rental car is also a good idea.

Everything really. Yazmin, the host was amazing. So kind and helpful. She left a very informative booklet with lots of recommendations but also helped us out a lot via WhatsApp when we needed. The apartment is so cute, and clean, so nicely designed and honestly I don’t think the photos do it justice. The bed is comfortable the AC works perfectly in both upstairs and downstairs areas. Water was replenished throughout our stay. The location is not central but we knew this before booking therefore hired bikes for our stay and this was perfect. Especially because some of the best tacos were that side of town anyway.

Yazmin and David were very welcoming and kind, the location was wonderful and they even reserved a parking spot for our rental car. The fresh fruit was a great touch and the coffee and water were just what we needed. The A/C units worked very well. The city view from the rooftop was really nice and the table and benches were great as well. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen set up works well and there is a nice couch to rest on downstairs, upstairs we had a table and chair/bench to relax at as well. I recommend Casa de Yoli to everyone.

The bed was very firm, this is just me being picky. My wife enjoyed it very much. The stairs are a little steep.

Amazing host. So helpful in every way. Attentive to all our needs and available for anything we needed. Beautiful family. The accommodation was beyond our expectations. Comfy bed. Air con and fan. Good cooking facilities. Microwave. Electric hob. Full size fridge. Coffee machine and coffee. Flat screen tv with excellent WiFi. Netflix etc.The bathroom was well equipped with a nice shower. It really did cover every single thing we could need. Location was in a local neighbourhood with restaurants and shops not too far away. It’s around a 30 minute walk to the ferry terminal and downtown area. I would recommend a bike or scooter which the host kindly helped with. Not due to location but on Cozumel you pretty much need one to see the Best of the island without guided tours. It really was a faultless super stay. Thank you.

Great accommodation. Yazmin and her family were great and helped us with tips on local beaches and rentals. Apartment was one of the best we stayed in our trip to Mex. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Wifi veeery fast and stable.

Lovely, modern, very clean apartment, with a comfy bed. Strong WIFI.. The kitchenette was well equipped and we appreciated the bottled water. Yolanda and Yasmin were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. There is also a binder filled with lots of info about Cozumel, including restaurants. We would happily stay here again!

Bit far from town

A very cozy Mexican style appartement in the middle town. The host was very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommended!!

the location is not good.. very far away from the central era and the way there is scary at night and not very pleasant during the day also a lot of dogs barking next to the apartment so it is hard to sleep the shower room is next to the kitchen era not super comfy the windows are to the street so for privacy you don’t open them so it feels like a place with no windows

It was a lovely stay at Casa de Yoli, and I felt at home as soon as I arrived because of the very thoughtful little touches that were done. Not only was there a big folder with useful tips/menus/maps etc, but the host sent me so many useful tips to my whatsapp too! The apartment was cleaned impeccably, with a notice for the covid precautions they had taken which made it the most thorough place I've stayed in the pandemic. There was even ice in the freezer and popcorn ready for a movie night! It may not be situated directly in the heart of the town, but you can easily rent a bicycle from them, and it was quite nice to be able to walk away from the busyness to stay here, plus such good value for money!

What is there not to like!? Casa de Yoli was perfect. First of all, Yazmin and her mom are so sweet and kind. Yazmin is so attentive. If you need anything or have any questions, just ask her. She'll respond asap. The house was very clean, comfortable and cute! The AC was great. There is hospital just around the corner, which in our case was very helpful. Across the street, there is small store which is open 24/7.

Great stay and great support from the owners. They really know what tourism is about and they put a lot of effort in it.

Wonderful place to stay in Cozumel! It felt like home. The hosts supplied all the conveniences of home with all the cooking supplies I needed for a one-week stay. The apartment included air conditioning, a large TV screen, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a portable electric heating stove with two burners. Plus they provided plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, a frying pan and a cooking pot. David, Yazmin and Yoli all treated me like family. David and Yazmin spoke excellent English. They recommended many fun island activities for me to do and even sent me a link to a terrific Mexican movie called El Estudiante. For a modest price, I rented a bicycle from them for seven days. Also, there was a convenience store located directly across the street from my apartment attended by a young girl named Julie.

The apartment was far away from the historic downtown district. It is probaby 7 minutes away by taxi, 12 minutes away by bicycle, and 30 minutes away by walking. So, if you don't want to be bothered by mobs of noisy tourists, aggressive street vendors, and local merchants, then Casa de Yoli has the perfect, quiet neighborhood for you.

The hosts were both there on are arrival and kindly explained us everything. The couple is so nice and was even offering to increase the wifi speed when we said we we working remotely (by the way the wifi was the best we had in 3 months in Mexico!)
