very welcoming staff

Wow what a time. I can’t recommend the gozen lodge highly enough with words. The whole experience was amazing!! We had an absolute blast and met some great new friends.

Nothing could have been better

Loved our stay here! Location is amazing, the rental shop is less than a minute away and the closest chair lift or shuttle bus to take you to other lifts is a 4 min walk. Really appreciated having the drying room too. Even though showers are shared, we never had to wait for one. The restaurant right next door, Tonkichi, is delicious too. Kain and his family were so lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable :) Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely nothing! Nozawa Peaks really ticked all the boxes for us

We had an incredible stay at Nozawa Peaks. The facilities were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts Kain and Liz were extremely kind and always available to help, be it giving recommendations for food and activities, providing transport to the bus station, or supplying local knowledge on the best skiing options. Their kindness and professionalism took this stay to the next level, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time around.

Absolutely loved how welcoming the staff were and how clean everything is. And the closest lift is just a short walk up the hill so you can practically ski home after a long day on the slopes.

The only thing I can think of would be that there's free coffee, sugar, tea ect. But no milk or milk powder so you have to just buy some yourself if you like milk in your coffee :)

Futons are super comfy. Location is great. Staff are very friendly and accomadating.

I feel it should be communicated prior to your booking that you can't have drinks or food in your rooms. As the common area isn't huge this can drive you to leave the accommodation to find somewhere to chat and have a beer after a good day on the slopes.
