Its location, high standards of service, room size with amenities and decor.

It was a good stay, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was pretty decent. We didn't experience any issues.

This place was amazing, the staff especially Ravi who kept in touch with me all the way, organise a car and driver to pick us up from the airport and take us around the city the next day. The hotel was very clean, food was very good and tasty. Cannot thank Ravi enough for everything he did for us. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Over priced food

There was a technical issue in their system. They couldn't generate the bill. They promised to send it by mail. As promised they haven't mailed my Invoice till date.

Rooms were with very bad view. Literary no windows in the room. It was like a dark room.

Could be providing the in house snacks free. Else please don't provide. Looks very silly when you are asked to wait as someone checks what you have consumed when we tell you have consumed nothing. Very poor for ITC.

THere is no handshower in the bathroom. The shower leaks even when it is closed.

I like behaviour of reception guy who helped me avail room, I like restaurent team who serve at the table , room service team who is just a call away

I dont like the way laundry people reply on my query, I simply asked in hindi " bhai mujhe kapde sukhwane h ,kya charge hai . He Replied "sukhana to free hai but apko pressing k charge dene honge". I told him that I dont want pressing ,just drier . he said u have to pay. I dont think this is cooperative behaviour
