The temperature in the room was high although the presence of an air conditioner .. there no plastic cups

the location is great, close to the beaches and promenade.

the bathroom needs a refreshment

Spectacular view from the room and a very good location in Haifa. Plenty of parking and easy access. The room is well equipped, however some of the equipment was not working properly.

An uncomfortable living room, and it was not clean - there were even tiny glasses on the floor. There were no hand towels, and the stove in the kitchen was not working. The bedroom was stifling, with no window and no way to darken it completely.

The room Was Ok

The reception was a disgrace , we arrived after a long drive, from looking at the girl at reception you could see that she is not interested in giving service, she asked for my I.D and credit card, when I presented my wifes cc she said that it doesnt match the info she has, she didnt even try to help us or try to understand whats the problem even though we showed her that the cc details appear on the booking, she just continued on her phone and told us to call the manager which even that she didnt want to do, turned out that the booking they had contained Booking.com CC details, Worst service I received at a reception from any hotel I have stayed in, and stayed in alot of Hotels

It was clean, by the sea, you could eat out if you wanted to

I booked it thinking it was a hotel but it isn't. There was a guy that gave us the key when we got there and that was it.

Good location

The apartment was very old, poor maintained and in need of renovation. To find free parking near the building was a challenge. The sofa was all covered in stains and with holes from cigarettes. Very disappointed. Not value for money, overpriced and overrated.
