Perfect location. Very cosy. Good WiFi and Comfortable beds. Good communication from the host. Dog friendly.
It was clean enough. However, Corners, skirtings, window sills and blinds were quite dirty. I did clean some of them myself which didn’t take a lot of time ( not the blinds). This didn’t really affect our stay.

Ten mins walk from the Ayrshire Real Ale festival at Troon town hall. Similar distance to all facilities in Troon town centre, and one of the best real ale pubs in the area just round the corner - Number 47.
This is a ground floor flat and parking was available right outside the front bedroom window, so no security concerns for car contents. The area is quiet and very down-to-earth. The kitchen had every utensil it is possible to imagine, and a couple that I couldn't even identify. I was hardly in the place in my two day stay, and only used the microwave and washing machine, but it is all set up for medium term stays.
There was leftover food in both fridge and freezer from the previous visitors - eek! I'm all for reuse and save, but that's perhaps taking things too far.
Signage in the shower cubicle, that the main power switch is outside, would have helped.
None of the wall sockets were converted to dual mains and USB, which is strange nowadays, given that the adaptation costs less than £20.
Those were the only Points to Ponder, other than these it was a great wee place, and couldn't have been more ideal for what I required for the Ayrshire Real Ale festival round the corner.

Very well equipped Apt ,all essentials supplied Tea, Coffee, sugar, milk,& more . Bed very comfortable ,garden access ideal as weather was warm & sunny for our stay. So near the beach & town. The Harbour bar a great little Pub for food & a few pints.
Only thing T.V was small & when used to a 46 inch hard to focus on.

Place was immaculate and had everything we needed.
Minor but the shared back garden was a pain. Especially when the other neighbors told us they had a dog that apparently wasn't 'socialable'. Great place otherwise.

Beautifully clean and equipped with everything you need ... Fantastic location ... A walk to the beach in minutes . Love the decor and homely feel . A washer/drier and added bonus... Eateries on your door , a supermarket a short walk away. Cosy

Great location, walking distance from the beach. Very pet friendly. Bigger than i had thought. Easy parking, the shared garden was beautiful. Would defiantly stay again.
Selection of board games was great, kept us amused during the rainy night.

Location was lovely and the views from apartment were stunning...bus service to Edinburgh was very handy...bus stop about 2 mins from apartment and much cheaper than parking in city centre.
The apartment was well equipped and very spacious for a family with lots of toys etc which any child would appreciate. The kitchen and bathroom.had everything one would need. All messages from the owner were very welcoming and appreciative of our custom...I would return in a heartbeat
Nothing really though parking can be an issue but that's not the apartment owners fault...we did manage to get parked close enough on each occasion thankfully.

Instruction leaflet for microwave, cooker ignition button broken - not operating. Required to use matches which we had to buy
Could not locate a single duvet cover for the bed with (drawers underneath)

The location was great both to the beach and to local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was really well equipped and was nicely decorated
It wasn't clear in the description that the patio was shared. We let our dog out from the patio doors, but other people would appear and often left the gate open.

Quiet residential location with parking right outside the front door in the street. Walking distance from beach and town centre. Small patio - useful if you have pets. Perfect for couple.

Apartment was so clean. Had everything you could need! Bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra duvets. Sitting room sofa pulls out into a double bed. My nephew loved the egg chair, as did I when he let me use it. Patio doors open up to an outdoor area.

Wi fi wasn't good. The password won't let us connect as it kept saying not correct password. We did send a message via booking.com but no one got back to us. But it didn't dampen or stay

it was a lovely property in a great area.
there was not enough bedding for all the family and we didn’t realise until very late at night when it was too late to call the property owner or booking.com.

Loved this little flat. Ideal location for beach and bars/restaurants.
Emma the owner had left little extras like milk and coffee etc.
Little patio area off the living room was a bonus too.
Will definitely be rebooking at some point in the future

very nice apartment with everything you could need for an overnight stay, great location easy parking right at front and with a key lock no waiting around for someone to let you in.
apartment was very cold when i went in took a while to work out heating and for apartment to heat up, but this is only a minor thing due to how cold it was outside and a typical Scottish rainy day.

Fantastic place, every detail thought of. The stay was perfect from start to finish, only wish it could have been longer. Will definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Great location 100m from beach/promenade and short walk to town centre. Good communication from host prior to arrival. We arrived slightly earlier than expected but the cleaning lady was amazing got everything ready for us and still up to the necessary high standards during Covid19 days! Nice little patio/garden which would be great in summer.
Just for information - the is no private parking but plenty of spaces on street right outside property
