En todo momento estuvimos en contacto con el personal, el cual nos fueron informando de todo perfectamente. La ubicación era excepcional, lo recomiendo.

La ubicación excelente, el apartamento muy limpio y nuevo, y la persona encargada de recepción siempre estaba a tu disposición ante cualquier problema.

Todo me gustó, quizá lo único que añadiría sería un calefactor dentro del baño, pero eso sería para darles ya un 10.

La ubicación

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en este departamento no fue buena y no volveríamos a hospedarnos allí. Si bien en las fotos se ve lindo y elegante, la realidad es distinta. Para llegar al departamento, hay que atravesar un pasillo oscuro y poco agradable. El ascensor es muy viejo, y al llegar a la puerta del departamento, encontramos baldosas rotas y hundidas en el piso. El departamento está remodelado, pero los muebles son de baja calidad. El “sillón” es en realidad un sofá cama muy incómodo, tanto para sentarse a ver televisión como para dormir. Además, si se reserva para dos personas, no se proporciona ropa de cama para el sofá, asumiendo que ambas dormirán en la misma cama. El dormitorio principal, aunque parece estar en buenas condiciones a simple vista, tiene un colchón en muy mal estado; se hunde al acostarse, lo que nos impidió descansar bien durante toda la estancia. Por último, la atención al huésped deja mucho que desear.

La ubicación, la limpieza y lo nuevo que era el apartamento. El personal muy amable. Atienden en seguida al teléfono.

Las almohadas, por llamarlas de alguna forma, eran bastante incómodas ya que carecía de relleno y , el poco que tenía, no sostenía bien la cabeza. El colchón del sofá cama también era bastante incómodo, se clavaba la estructura del sofá.

Clean, well equipped, very comfortable, and very good location

It was very comfortable, but very enclosed and overlooked, so never really opened the blinds. The online check-in, which was persistently requested, didn't work and I wasted half an hour trying to do it.

Uncomfortable squeaky bed. No tea or coffee were provided

Perfect location. Walking distance for major attractions and shoppings but far enough for a peaceful stay. The house is well equipped, a bit tiny for long stays but enough for a short stay of a family of 4 (assuming you'll spend most of the time enjoying the town). We were in Madrid during one of the hottest summers (temperatures reaching 42⁰C) but you couldn't tell from the inside of the house. There are 2 independent TVs.

The apartment is on the back side of the building, you enter into the property and then you have to cross a small corridor to the back. The tiny balcony is facing towards this corridor, which is not the perfect set. You must have Internet to acess the building using the electronic key. There is a manual key, but mostly for emergencies. The sofa bed is ok for two kids but would not be comfortable for two adults.

Very nice unit and well located in close proximity to nice restaurants and tourist attractions. Nice size unit for 2 people, airconditioning works well as at our visit Madrid experienced a heat wave of around 40 degrees Celcius.

The couch in the sitting area was very uncomfortable, and the app to open the front door with the code did not connect due to poor cellphone reception, which will be a problem for foreign visitors as it was with us. I had to go outside of the building to get a proper connection and luckily I had my wife with me that stayed at the door to open it when I used the app to open the door. It would be nice to get proper instruction on exactly where you need to walk to get to the flat as there are a number of lifts in different locations in the building. The washing machine instructions again for foreign visitors a problem, so would be nice to get some guideline on how to use. The washing machine chemicals also not clear on what to use and we had a problem with closed damaged during the process of using the washing machine. Our fault but would have been nice to have the instructions and explanation of the various liquids that must be added to use the machine.
