Very nice place, owner and host so wonderful

Very approachable and accommodating si Ms. Tess. At first, hesitant ako na baka maging expectation vs reality pero pagdating namin dun, okay naman pala. What you see is what you get. Malambot ang bed and makapal ang comforter. Complete din mga kitchen ustensils, stove, microwave oven, ref at pati washing machine.

Very comfortable and has a good view! the property is across a mall which is very convenient and the staff is very accommodating especially Ms. Tess who responds to all our concerns and attend to our needs.

Everything. The amenities at the unit are all up to date and well-functioning. Super clean u would even not dare to mess around the place. It's really spotless clean. Plus Tess (caretaker) was really helpful and very accommodating. Hi speed wifi and instagrammable place and the balcony view esp at night is spectacular! This place is highly recommended. It exceeded my expectations of an Air Bnb place. U get more than what u pay for.

Cud have been better to install a full view mirror and the TV cud be upgraded to a smart tv instead of cable for better experience to fully utilize the hi speed internet.

The unit had everything we needed: washing machine, cooking and dining utensils, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The WiFi was decent. 8-10mbps on average. There is also a 7-11 on the ground floor

The location is still within the city but not in the center. However, plenty of taxis and jeepneys pass by outside the building. Also, I was a little sad that the gym was closed during our stay. We had to go to Anytime Fitness Escario, which is about 1.5 km away

Overall, it was a SUPERB STAY. Miss Tess is VERY VERY ACCOMODATING and answered all my inquieries right away. I can't say any words other than THANK YOU for making our short trip memorable because of your Apartment. I will surely recommend your place to my friends, family and co-workers. Godbless your business and see you again soon. I will definetly comeback.

clean and the view from the balcony was pleasant

building security were quite harsh and rude. they seemed underpaid and overworked. so i do understand. did not make the experience any more pleasant

Tess, the lady in charge was so accommodating. The location was perfect, restaurants and malls just a few minutes walk. 7 Eleven store underneath the building which was so convenient for basic necessities. The 1 bedroom apartment is spacious enough for 2-3 people, with amazing views. Owner/provider Tess responds to messages or phone calls straight away. Was so helpful even with very minute things and questions. No hidden fees or charges. Truly highly recommended! We truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay in this apartment in the future. Thank you for a very lovely service Tess. You are amazing.
