Nice place and convenient

The place was great. Was there from early January till early March. Pedro and his brother were very accommodating with anything I needed, even hot chocolate k cups. Very spacious with numerous TVs and streaming services. Worked from there with no internet issues. Used the kayak 4 times and enjoyed the quiet area and the Lake right in the back yard. Walking sidewalks to Lake Elbert and a short drive down Dundee to the center of town. Walmart was a 7-8 minute drive for food, with numerous restaurants on Cypress for anything else. Several properties, but all quiet and isolated. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

First time using VRBO, easy to understand and great to work with

This was my 1st time renting through any service like Vrbo, we normally stay in a hotel and we were so impressed how clean & comfortable our place was. When we arrived we had a couple questions and when asked we received very quick responses. My family lives in Winter Haven so coming from CT we will definitely look to rent from them again.

We used this property when my son was playing in a baseball tournament! It was a central location to the fields and Orlando. We enjoyed the property and it was clean.

My family was in FL for my daughters trampoline nationals competition. Last year we (family of 4) stayed in a hotel for a week. This property was so much better. The property was spacious and clean. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer was so helpful. The kids enjoyed having a TV and a game table in their room. Area was very quiet and on the lake. The location is close to both Tampa and Orlando which gives you a lot of fun activities to do. The hosts were very gracious and offered to bring by some beach towels so I wouldnt have to pack them. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean condo and conveniently located near Legoland and the new Peppa Pig park. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely try and stay here.

The property is just as the pictures show, and as described is really close to Legoland. I don't think it took us more than 10 minutes each day to get to the park. The unit was clean when we checked in, and during our entire stay it was very quiet. I had a question about parking and the host called me seconds after texting them, very responsive! One of the best VRBOs for the price we have stayed at over the years. Already planning on booking this property again for our next Legoland trip later this year.

This was a great place to stay for a family. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The laundry machines is in good condition. The bathrooms are very nice. The beds are super comfortable. There are three Roku smart TVs with lots of options to watch, games to play, a nice little library, and a smart thermostat and Alexa audio system for music. It was just a really nice retreat at the end of the day and we were able to cook our own meals which saved us money eating out.

Was very comfortable; however, needs a little work - some painting. Master shower was extremely slow draining - we had to snake the drain to use. Also had a tree frog in the tub. AC grate needed cleaned. Also wasp nest near front window by front door needs removed. Despite these items we would stay there again.

Our family was taking a short stop to legoland and thought this place would be perfect. The first night we noticed broken furniture (dining room & bedroom) and food etc between the couch cushions. The 2nd and final day after arriving back from Legoland exhausted we found multiple roaches. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, etc. After spending all day (8 hours) at legoland our children were exhausted so we killed the bugs and tried to sleep, getting up early to leave. When I informed the host they were extremely rude, derogatory towards us, and threatening that “no hosts will rent to you after our review”. As a successful business owner myself, I’m appalled by their unprofessional behavior. Things happen in rentals, all that was needed was an apology, but that’s not going to happen with these hosts. Disappointing.

Really put a damper on our trip and caused extra expense. The unit was not clean when we arrived. We had groceries for the weekend, but they went to waste since we had to get a hotel. We also had to pay to do laundry.

Originally booked this for a trip to legoland but due to kids injuries we had to change plans and spent a day each at Busch gardens and sea world. Good location for both also. Clean and affordable.

We had no issues with the property. Located very close from Legoland. We enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed the living room and the game table in one of the bedrooms.

Three of us stayed here on the way to play golf. We all had our own room and cooked dinner in the grill. It fit our needs well.

Very nice duplex. So many things included. Laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea even a Roomba. . Very welcoming. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful floors. Enjoyed our stay.

This property was super close to my job, which I needed. Contact with the property manager was very speedy. This property will definitely be on my list for future visits.

In these days of Covid, we were worried about staying in a hotel. This place was big enough for us and very comfortable. Jin and Pedro were extremely accommodating and very responsive when we needed something. The home was VERY clean which put us at ease as soon as we walked in the door! Thanks again! We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was super clean and easy! Very close to LegoLand. On a little lake. House had all the little things one needs to cook and make their own meals. They provided sugar and creamer and coffee which was very nice. There's no cable TV, but there is wifi, so you can stream your own stuff if you have a subscription to a streaming network. This was exactly what me and my family were looking for on our trip to LegoLand. Would definitely stay again.
