Excellent staff, very friendly and professional also very helpful, great location next to beautiful beach

Problem with meals at first due to hotel being very quiet, there was no self service buffet so it restricted your choice of food, however the meals we had were beautifully presented

Location, dinner, breakfast, cleanliness, value for money.

We travelled in mid August. The water was calm, without waves, almost everyday and the water was shallow (above knees) in the first 20m, which was ideal for small kids. The beach was very close to the hotel, it crowded and not paid. Each piece (umbrella, sunbed) was 2.5 BGN so for an umbrella and two sunbeds we were paying 7.5 BGN. The Wi-Fi was free and good. The parking was underground at it was free.

The breakfast food quality was poor and not varied. We don't recommend booking with dinner included, because the food was almost not eatable. The meat (pork or chicken) was almost raw. We had to go to Primorsko for dinner. The food was not tasty. The menu was a la carte and served at the table (not a buffet) so it was taking time. We had to choose one salad out of 3 salad options, one main course out of 3 options and one dessert out of 1 option. The options war changing daily.

Location and bed was comfortable

Firstly, I would like to add that both my partner and I have travelled around the world and experienced 3 to 5 star hotels on multiple occasions. This hotel by far is not 4 stars! When we arrived we asked to be moved to a sea view room, but were told the hotel was full, this was not the case as there were many unoccupied balconies facing the sea! There was only 1 wine glass in our room with no tea and coffee facilities apart from a kettle that wasn’t even plugged in. There was rubbish left in the bathroom and the mini bar/ mini fridge was completely empty, however in the description we were advised we would have access to a mini bar in our room. Room service only changed our towels but did not actually clear all rubbish/ wash our 2 glasses or make the bed or replace the mini soap in the bathroom we had used. Now for the half board food options!!!!! By far from everywhere I have been this was the poorest selection and quality of food we have ever been offered. For breakfast the option was not as bad, but the banitsa was completely raw on all 3 mornings! We mentioned this, yet nothing was done to rectify the issue. For dinner: 1 star! There was no seafood option until I actually asked so speak with the manager ( hotel is at the sea front)! I had to order the chicken which was completely bland and RAW! Spoke with the manager and he said that it’s probably because it stayed in my plate for sometime… he said we order from the menu and pay for our food… extremely poor service and he was wearing sport attire! The second night the fish option was okay, still bland. The third night I was offered fish again but was served fish with the head, eyes and everything else… I was completely mortified, but it was fresh and they did serve with lemon, so that’s something I guess…! There was no side salad or anything extra with the fish: just a fish and lemon… never seen this anywhere else in the world!

The TV in the living room was working but the TVs in the bathrooms were not working. The stove was not working also. We asked the staff to fix them and no one came to see them.

Good location, sea view if you are lucky. Nice room overall. ok value for money

The breakfast is poor with low quality products.

Great place, right on the beach, the stuff and food is good too. The building is a new one, has underground parking place.

The underground parking places are small and tight. The breakfast is the same all day. Aome parta of the hotel is unfinished, you still find construction dirty on the corridors.

Close to the beach - 2 mins walking distance. Good breakfast - quite diverse 50% off for the umbrela & bed on the beach

No airdryer in the bathroom, no essential kit (only shampoo & soap), no flip-flops or robe. A weird and totally unpleasant smell coming out from the floor- perhaps dirty water was used to ‘clean’ it. Water leaking out of the shower - a mop was requested so we can clean it ourselves Small bedsheets compared to the size of the bed - always moving during night and the mattress wasn’t clean but full of foreign hairs No english guidance in the hotel - everything is in Bulgarian A way smaller room was originally given to us (approx. 20 square meters vs 65 what it was payed for) - it took them over 40 mins to fix it and 3 attemps to find a room after I’ve warned them to call Booking (i’ve been told at least 5 times everything is booked even if on Booking the availability was still high) The manager doesn’t speak english at all so it’s quite hard to speak with him in case of issues There’s a small kitchen inside of the studio with some dishes but you have no option to clean them - like sponge or dishdetergent. Staff poorly speaking english Only cash allowed on the beach and surroundings - only one restaurant (french one) accepting debit/credit.
