Very good location, the beach is across the street, the city center is on 10 min walk. The food was varied and delicious. It was quiet. The apartment was big with huge balcony. The staff was friendly.
It was clean but not enough for me. The standard of cleaning should be more high. Else everything was perfect.

Staff was very polite and the location is perfect for families, away from the noise, close to the beach.
Internet connection was very unstable and not working most of the time. Kitchen was very poorly equipped. There is no microwave, no frying pans and no pots. All that renders the kitchen almost useless.

There were dog's hairs all over the first place they offered us. After moving us to another apartment everything was fine.

Close to the dirty beach
Very uncomfortable and dirty room.Cleaning stuff were terribly rude.The room was prepared after ours arriving at the place.Lack of incompetence by the stuff.Food was awful and not enough.

The food was disgusting, for all inclusive guests they use the cheapest products. The drinks was served in a plastic caps.
House keeping was bad, only the living room was air-conditioned.

The hotel as hole was clean, the house kippers was cleaning every day and towels were changed every day too. Food was tasty and diverse. The soups and cooked food were appreciated but the quality of some of the other products wasn't so good. Staff was friendly and polite! The pool was clean!

The staff was very nice, polite, funny and helpful. They answered all of our questions and assisted with everything we needed. The towels were changed everyday and the sleepwear almost everyday. The room had a nice setup with a big balcony.
The room didn't have much electrical sockets. In the bedroom we saw only one which was very high (for the air conditioner). The staff, despite being very helpful and polite, was not very professional. We had strange incidents with the food which won't be mentioned here but it was delicious most of the time.
