Nice pool villa with comfortable bedrooms. Owner is very helpful and responsive. The pool is nice. The villa is in a gated community with security guard and is very safe.

Very quiet, peaceful. feels like you live alone on the whole estate development.
Privacy of the pool. from the pool you will only see a clubhouse pool and low-rise condominium from a distance the other side is the project green space so it feels like you own a secret pool that could not be seen by your neighbor.

We had an amazing time on the property. My friend loved the villa, especially the private pool with BBQ. The house was very clean, well kept, and would definitely recommend.

It is a really nice home with reasonable price. The host is really nice and easy to get to. The location is okay. It is located just next to the Searidge resort.
The electricity fee is not included in the price. It will be collected on the check out by deducting from the the damange deposit. The price is 6 THB per units of electricity you used.

Villa was very nice for our family with two parents and two children (ages 10 and 12). The owners were very helpful and gave us all the information and help we needed. The pool was much used by us.
The kitchenware was a little worn out and the wi-fi was jamming a bit from time to time. These were very minor details though and did not effect our great experience negatively at all!
