Clean Renovated Japanese house in quiet neighborhood. Spacious room and common area with fully equipped kitchen. 12 minutes walk from the Rinku Town Station (one stop from KIX). Place to leave luggage on the first floor is an asset.

It was a pity that some parts of the renovation didn’t fully follow Japanese style which for a perfectionist might be a little painful.

I could check in by myself with an instruction late after arriving at the kansai airport. It's a comfortable House and for one night stay you don't need more. House was not crowded at the time I was there.

The door knob to close the door should be fixed. It did fall out and I couldn't close the door first because I didn't know how. But I found it on the ground and could close it. Thankfully

The house, the room, the entire environment very clean and comfortable. Really feel like I'm staying in the house not hotel.

The house only got one bath room for take bath.

This is my first time staying in a Japanese house and was very happy with it. It was clean and checking in was easy. The owner was helpful in assisting us. There are washing machine and dryer too.

We took a bit of time finding the house. Perhaps the map and guide could be improved. It could be helpful if the owner shared the location earlier to avoid walking the wrong way

Location near airports

No sound proof between walls. Four people in one room barely has room to walk. Only one bathroom has sink

10 minutes by foot from Rinku Town (first metro station from KANSAI Airport). Quiet and nice suburb. Guidance was provided in English 2 days before arriving to find the way there and manage the electronic key system alongside a list of restaurants and shops in walking distance. everything clean and labeled with English descriptions. Perfect for my need (stay overnight close to airport).

two minor points to mention: there is no reception to help / explain but the owner lives next door and came over upon my arrival. and there are English explanations everywhere. The owner doesn’t speak English but a language app of your choice will help with that. As you would expect in a family home the walls are very thin so bring your Oropax.
