Where do i start…… we arrived in this 4 star hotel expecting service and food choices etc. We were checked in and checked out by a machine, We arrived in the evening and were looking forward to a dinner in the hotel as we were tired from our flight, only to be told that the restaurant did not open for dinner. And no room service was available.we were directed to a food hall in a shopping centre nearby, At that hour most were closed so fast food was the only choice. Yes the daily rate is very reasonable, but definitely good only if you want to sleep. The breakfast is too generic and there is little choice for western travellers, again nothing was fresh or hot enough for my pallet.

연박시 청소가 없다는 점 정도인데 가성비 좋은 비즈니스 호텔임을 고려하면 별 문제 아닙니다

Camere grandi e a due passi dalla stazione. Mi è piaciuto molto il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto

Le camere non erano molto pulite, la moquette era piena di briciole e il copriletto era pieno di macchinette bianche. I mobili erano impolverati, ma ho visto di peggio. Nel complesso la ritengo sufficiente.

簡素で清潔、静かで関空にも近く、便利。駐車場を尋ねたら年配の従業員のかたが親身に教えてくださった。

朝食が値段のわりに味がよくないし、種類も少ない。個々に足りないものが見られた。

Great location, right next to the Rinku Town station. I love the bed and pillow - they were so comfortable. The king single bed was big. Room was super clean.

The shuttle bus was less frequent and not available during middle of the day.

Easy shuttle from airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to train station to go to Kyoto.

Location! Location! Location! Walkable from Rinku Town station. Walking distance to Marble Beach. Complementary Airport shuttle was much appreciated. The breakfast spread was very yummy!

They have a very strict 2pm check in policy. We were there before 1pm and was denied check-in but the hotel did help us to store our luggage, and requested us to come back to check-in again after 2. The hotel has plenty of rooms, and I hope if there's vacancies, they can be more flexible with that.

Avevo aereo mattina presto quindi ho dormito in questa struttura la notte prima di partire. Comodissimo e puntualissimo il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto di Kansai International ma purtroppo ho saltato la colazione che iniziava alle 6.30 .

机场到酒店的免费班车非常方便，机场最后一班发车23:35，推荐搭乘。 客房宽敞，两张单人床也很大，两人入住轻松自在。

早餐结束时间太早（6:30-9:30），8:30左右用餐高峰，9点左右有些餐品没了就不再补充。

I always the way the hotel arranges the airport shuttle with tickets so that guests can be assured they will have access to the airport. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

I would prefer to have more shuttle buses available to/from the hotel, perhaps 2x per hour rather than 1x per hour.

la ubicacion es perfecta si has de coger el avion o vienes tarde y has de descansar. Instalaciones muy grandes. Desayuno buffet muy variado tanto de dulces como salados.
