Good communication and fast response Good idea to create a group chat during stay

Some small issues No safebox in the apartment, we asked for one but the safebox never came. Breakfast was bad,, breakfast delivery from 7-eleven Hard beds in all rooms Most of all, we forgot some shampoo etc. when we left and we called back. The lady who answered the phone was really rude, she cut the call and never said goodbye or call back as she said she would check. Customer service should be improved if you want them to come back (even if they’ve already checked out)

The location was centrally located, easy to get everywhere. The apartment was spacious.

1) Swimming pool: we were promised that we would be able to use the swimming pool but that was false. Our information was collected to create the needed fingerprints but the owner and their assistants were unresponsive to our several following up messages. A yay or nay response would have been appreciated instead of the silence. 2) The advertised price had to paid in VND or a 3% surcharge would be needed for a credit card payment. This was certainly not communicated before our arrival. 3) We were told the apartment would be throughly cleaned every couple days but that was false as well. At best the floor was swept if even that and that was the extent of the cleaning. 4) Breakfast was included and was brought to our unit anytime between 8-10am which we were very appreciative. However, it was the same 10 item menu that we could select from for our family of 5 for the 8 days that we stayed. A little variety and an earlier delivery time would have been greater appreciated.

At early morning around 2.30 am. Ms Katie personally came & handed over the keys . Really a comfortable place to stay .cleanliness is very good. Breakfast we dint tried.

The apartment is nice by all means, spacious, well equipped, easily accessible, state-of-the-art. The location is superb and appreciate both for holidays or a business trip. The area is truly "a city of the future" in the middle of HoChiMin, on the banks of Saigon, right in the green tropical park. It is clean, safe and full of cafés,, restaurants, beauty parlours and uncountable swimming pools. Miss Kay is a most welcoming owner, that greets you in person in the lobby and provides assistance throughout the stay. Highly recommended

During our stay the weather was a bit rainy, the prices are somewhat elevated, but on the other hand the accommodation and location are well worth it

I think there was some issue with the drainage pipes, which ended up creating a bad smell all around the Appartment during the whole stay in there.

The apartment wasn’t ready when I come to check in even I told them ahead of time. The room doesn’t look like how it is in the photos, bathrooms have weird smell too. Also the owner was not as proactive as I expected. For thing like breakfast that included when I book the apartment, I need to ask for it instead of having those information at the beginning.

I didn't like "breakfasts" that were bought in a local store. I'd name them snacks. There were some cockroaches in the apartment. I wasn't registered at the gym and pool immediately but had to investigate it myself for an hour to get an access to it. There were also misunderstandings in English language or it's just such a service.

The location and place itself are excellent. Also all facilities nearby including swimming pool and children's playground. It also has the option to use fitness.

Cleaning: in some closets, it is clear that they were not cleaned for a long time. So we had to use only those that we cleaned by ourselves. Also, the Bath was not cleaned before us, so we had to clean it by ourselves. They provide breakfast but is not an "English one" but totally Asian (you are getting lunch at breakfast), so there could be some improvement.

Nice apartment, good views. Everything you need is there, even a washing machine!

The location was pretty convenient, there were lots of restaurants and shops close by. The pool was good and the aircon was great!

We arrived late at night and it was unclear where our actual accommodation was on the booking. The lady who met us and showed us our room came into the room with us which was a little weird. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and we were apparently required to use WhatsApp to communicate.

Its a 2 bedroom without attached bathrooms. The owner K looks extremely uninterested in what she does. The bedrooms are extremely small & clumsy. The address mentioned on the app is wrong. Very expensive for its quality. There are much classier options for much lesser price.

1. Location too far from central 2. No Breakfast for 3 days we stayed there. 3. Hidden charges extra like parking etc., you need to go inside the hotel policies and check. 4. Not a hop in hop out kind of appartment. Too complicated for entry and exit.

Breakfast was included in the price but the host never mentioned about it. We left early in the morning so it was not an issue. Host arrived late at 4pm to meet us, claiming that she has to pick up her kid 😭 She asked to arrive in building No 3 and took us to building LP where we have to cart our belongings across the street😭. She should have told us to come to LP building instead. Arrived into the apartment to find out there’s no water for the toilet or shower which took 2 hours to sort out. Cash was taken without any invoice statement etc…

The apartment is brand new and fairly large. All the furnitures are new and very clean. One can forget the noise from Saigon streets when staying inside the apartment. This area is new so there're only few shops nearby. However, I like the cafe and bakery "tous les jour" which serves excellent coffees in Vietnamese and French styles along with delicious croissants and others pastries. Besides, the parc adjacent to the residential area is so beautiful and breezy , especially in the evening.

I extremely love this apartment . 10 points for quality. A clean and fully equipped house is the best place to stay in Saigon. Special there is outdoor pool, easy to find address especially near the city center. A host warmly welcome. If there is a chance I will come and enjoy this place again
