it was excellent

nicely decorated, and clean. The staff on spot was helpful.

what hasn’t been pointed out on the photos, is that the view gives on other appartments on the otherside. and that the swimming pool is way smaller than the photos, and gets sun for only 2-3 hours a day; we were not tempted to use it ( also because it was filthy) and that is a pitty because that was the whole point of us renting such an appartment. the place misses air, even thou there are enough windows, there was barely any fresh air coming in and that is because the residence is like a square block, of high buildings which blocks the sun and upcoming fresh air. The kitchen only had boiling water and no regular temperature water, Building is very noisy and every noise from the hall or closeby appartments sounds like it happens in the middle of the house. Highly priced for what it is and Aspecially for low season. The beach nearby is very filthy as it is the dumpster for the industrial area nearby, but that’s more our fault for not knowing the area as good.

The interior was new and stylish and the host was quick to respond to our questions.

Unfortunately, the building was extremely noisy and there was a strange smell in the kitchen.

We stayed 5 nights in this calm and beautiful apartment , everything went great and smoothly. the owner was very helpful and quick responding. The residence is fully secured with cameras. Two minutes away from beach and surrounded with coffee shops and lovely restaurants. We will definitely come back again.

As we booked a week in this lovely flat. It would be practical to have a frying pan in the kitchen for quick cooking. Other than that the kitchen is well equipped and clean.

needs repairs. we had problems with water leaking during our stay and it was never fixed

Great location.. Facing the beach and 10 minutes walk to the central park.

New towels would be a plus
