The place is spacious, it has AC in all the rooms and the attention of the man who was helping (Jose) was very good, always trying to help

In the beginning the place was quite dirty, luckily they send a girl to clean it properly, so that was fixed. The shower drain got stuck and a bit flooded, that was uncomfortable when taking a shower

We liked the location, the spacious apartment, the balcony, the view, the nearby pool. The accommodation was excellent and good value. We were 4, and we could have easily accommodated more.

I had mentioned this while we were there, but the shower pressure in both bathrooms was very, very low. As a result, the shower was not more than a trickle. Also, we were not able to get the AC in one of the bedrooms to work.

All is good, neighborhood do not have access to private/public beaches, easy to move by car to the closest one.

It doesn’t have a Laundry Machine

The pool, neighbors and surroundings are great. Don José who takes care of the apartment is always looking out for the guests, providing information of places to eat, where to visit and makes every effort to fix anything in the apartment. Great internet speed to work while on vacation.

Although the property description mentions “3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom”, it only has 2 bathrooms. We picked this place because of the 3 bathrooms to accommodate family needs and privacy. We were disappointed on our arrival to find out we needed to share bathrooms. The description of the apartment should be updated to specify 2 bathrooms. Overall, the place is great and we had a good time in Playa del Carmen.
