Lovely personal touches and stunning views!

The residence was absolutely stunning. It has been the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in. Deborah and Bas were so lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were gorgeous. Everything was 10/10!

The breakfast was great! The hosts were perfect, very welcoming and helped us with everything!

We had a few ants in our room but that was it. Can't do much about that!

The hosts where really friendly. We loved the apartment No:2, Great size for two people. Fantastic views from whole of property. Beautifully fresh & clean everywhere. Extra cover on bed was welcome for cooler nights. Quiet in rooms even though it was just off the main road. Free Safe in room even though we felt we where perfectly safe in this little beautiful friendly complex.

Would be helpful to always have a shower mat available at all times. Shower tray was so slippy & dangerous where I nearly fell a couple of times. Sloping slippy base was like ice after showering. - Thicker curtains / blind needed in bedroom to stop early morning light. - Make avail little baskets / containers for personal toiletries on shelf below sink. - More drawer units needed for clothes maybe a tall Ikea Malham unit side of wardrobe? - No headboard which made it difficult to sit up in bed to enjoy the beautiful view & stop head banging on metal art work that was attached to wall. (Maybe attach a permanent padded headboard to the wall?) - How about adding strip lighting to inside of metal art work to show it off more beautifully & give room a little more ambiance instead of the bigger lights? - A small reading/ambient light needed in living room / kitchen area - Maybe add small strip lights also below the kitchen units?

My husband had to go alone when I couldn’t fly because of my health and they looked after him so well. He sent me photos of his lovely breakfasts!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The views were magnificent . The grounds were laid out so nicely, areas where you could lounge around the swimming pool area, sun lounges in the garden area. lovely bar area you could have a drink at. Our room had a lovely seating area with table and chairs where we could have our breakfast overlooking the views of the sea . was so relaxing and made to feel welcome. nothing was a problem

nothing I didn’t like. we walked in to Mijas a couple of times a day which suited us but it is about 20 minutes uphill so would not suit someone with health or mobility issues (although it is possible to drive).

Just back from a relaxing week at Mijas Residence. Bas and Deborah were the perfect hosts, made us feel welcome and relaxed from day one. It was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway from it all holiday. We have every intention of returning, maybe even next year!! ??

Comfortable bed, good shower, lovely bar area, very friendly owners. Fairly close to the village with plenty of restaurants and very cheap parking at 1 euro/day (this is not a mistake)

From the moment we booked until the day we left everything about this stay was excellent. Our hosts Deb and Bas were wonderful and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. The location was perfect, the views were fantastic and the residence has been recently renovated to high standard. We feel lucky we managed to secure a booking - if you considering a quite, relaxing stay do not hesitate to book !

Beautiful property, like staying in a private villa. Room was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Amazing view from balcony. Baz and Deborah were great hosts.

Not walking distance to any bars/restaurants (although taxis are easy to get and there is a bus stop right outside which goes to Mijas and Fuengirola)

Fantastic hosts Baz and Deborah made our stay very enjoyable with their team ..it was our 35th wedding anniversary and they made that special as well for us...3rd time we have stayed here...
