Odeur très forte dans l appartement, appartement très sombre et lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas Les photos sont très flatteuses mais l appartement nécessite un gros rafraîchissement (peinture, propreté des coussins et dessus de lit et canapé) Propriétaire très joignable et a l écoute

Wir wussten nicht, dass die Wohnung im dritten Obergeschoss ist und nur durch eine extrem steile Treppe erreichbar ist. Außerdem wurde die Wohnung schon lange nicht mehr gründlich geputzt.

no light in the shower, broken bathroom door, sounds from neighbouring flats/houses, the house not in a good condition, apartmant itself much better though

common entry can look a bit scary, but the actual appartement is very nice.

The apartment is spacious and the location is quite good. Overall the apartment can be considered as modern even though the building is very old. It's pretty good apartment for a group of young adults.

- Firstly, it's nowhere mentioned properly that the apartment is on 3rd floor with no accesibility except stairs. - No fees on cancellation is good for nothing in this property as it's only applicable if you canceling before more than 14 days which is a ridiculous amount of time. We have an old parent with us who has an accessibility issue using stairs but we couldn't cancel the hotel even though we told our problem 10 days ago to the owner, that also in proper holiday period of July. We felt the situation very much unsupportive. - The bathroom lock is not working properly, even I saw earlier reviews telling the same but it seems no measure has been taken. My wife got locked inside and we had a horrible time for 5-6 minutes as she is claustrophobic. - The airconditioner was not working properly in bedroom; told the owner and she replied with some tricks but it didn't work at least for me. But anyway as the property has a stand fan we managed the nights.

Quite location within short walk of the oldest part of the city and main square. Rooms were spacious. Internet worked well. Remodeling, interior decors is great.

Street parking was difficult to find and looked dangerous on the narrow street. A passer-by told me about a small public parking lot at the lower level. It was free overnight which worked out well for me. There is a cafe next to it which was handy for breakfast. Finding the apartment took some effort. I thought the owner would meet me. When I wrote to her she quickly sent me the information about the lock box. Don't be put off by the terrible condition of the staircase on the first floor; it gets better. The espresso coffee machine was too complicated for me; instruction manual didn't help.

location was great. loved the ambience of the apartment. Check in/out was very easy. Recommend and would stay again.

Really comfortable bed, nice little kitchen and central location. Easy to access with the key in a locker rather than having to call someone to let you in. Nice and helpful staff

The sliding door to the bathroom didn’t close. Was granted a later check out which was very kind, but unfortunately the cleaner wasn’t informed about this. Met him in the staircase and informed him then but he still tried to access the place while we were still there. Was a bit uncomfortable and stressful especially with the non working toilet door ;)
