Mike and Angela are wonderful hosts. Their condo is even more perfect than the listing can describe. Excellent communication ahead of arrival, immaculate and comfortable accommodations. Nothing beats the oceanfront/beachfront view and abundance of amenities. We had a wonderful time disconnecting from work and being fully present and relaxed with our family. Will definitely return. We had an amazing family vacation here! Everything about this condo was perfect and beautiful. (The attention to detail and cleanliness for this unit are top notch!) It was VERY clean, well appointed, and the beds were oh so comfortable! The fresh flowers and welcome note on the table was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. Communication with the owners was great, and they also touched base during our stay to make sure all was well. We enjoyed so much more about this place - the large oceanfront balcony, incredible views, perfect location - I could go on and on. We just loved this unit and look forward to staying again soon!

This vacation home is absolutely magical! The unit is clean, spacious and has everything you need. Listening to the ocean anytime of day is relaxing on the balcony but from inside it’s quiet and peaceful. The extra things like beach chairs and boogie boards made it extra fun for hitting the beach! The pool area is incredible with an outdoor pool, lazy river (the best!), an outdoor hot tub and indoor pools and hot tub. There are tons of lounge chairs and the vibe with the music and the tiki bar makes it feel like a resort.
The location is spectacular and we did lots of walks to Main Street and even used the free shuttle to get to the grocery store and some shops.
We can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and lounge comfortably, and the complex itself was nicely appointed with multiple pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, etc. The owners were fantastic to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exceptionally clean and was as pictured. It had everything we need for a fantastic vacation week as well as some thoughtful extras. Our family (four adults and two teenagers) vacationed at this clean oceanfront property with comfortable balcony furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as the outdoor pool and hot tub.

This property starts out with beach front access (over a gated wood bridge), incredible views from the main area, kitchen, primary bedroom and large and comfortable balcony setting, a pool area the kids will love (and probably prefer to the beach!) a giant jacuzzi for the adults and it just goes up from there. We stay at nice vrbos pretty regularly and this one was on point. The cleanliness and care put into the property is remarkable. They have managed to find that ever elusive balance between clean and modern and warm and welcoming. The small touches made all the difference… this is a devil is in the details place and for those of you who know what I’m talking about, this is the place for you! “Do all things with kindness” coasters and “friends and family gather here to make memories” wall art let you know immediately the warmth of the people who own the home, a couple of wash pods on the washer (we didn’t use because we brought our own, but the thought was there) fresh flowers welcome on the table, beach towels and chairs in very good condition, comfortable beds (2 of the bedrooms have en suite full baths, the 3rd bath is directly across the hall from the 3rd bedroom). We don’t come to this area often, but if we ever do again we would most certainly come back to this vrbo. Thank you, Michael and Angela, for sharing your little slice of heaven.

We had a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was. Bedding looked new and well take care of, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as it looked on the website. We hope to stay there again in the future. The owner’s were easy to reach and checked in with us upon arrival and during the stay to make sure everything was ok. Definitely recommend.

Mar Vista Grande is an extremely well maintained condo community. Great ocean front views with many amenities. This particular condo was well appointed and very comfortable. The owner Michael was very easy to work with when we had to make a last minute change to our reservation. He was also very quick to respond. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We’re giving this place a five star rating, it was very clean, all beds were comfortable. Good communication with the owners. We had a nice view, very comfortable getting to the beach. Secure place, you need a code to get into the parking, garage, and a code to get into the main buildings for the condos. Would definitely like to stay at this property again.

We stayed at the property for a week. The property was awesome, it was clean, the people staying there and staff were all friendly. It is walking distance from everything. The condo owner was very attentive to our trip and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok.

Just as described, great kitchen gadget if you plan to cook it had everything we needed. We had a few hiccups with the fridge temp but the owner sent someone over and it was just a reading error. Over all great experience and fast response from owner was a plus.
Just be patient when it comes to check in and out times its very busy with getting a cart and the elevators and that has no reflection on the owner just prepare for it at busy times.of year.

We were so pleased with this vacation rental. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful and beautiful. The pools, the hot tubs, the lazy river... all perfect. The condo was great. I would stay here again happily.

The condo was perfect for 3 families, 6 adults, 2 children and a 1 year old with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of room to get around. Right on the water, a 1 minute walk to ocean The owner stayed in contact making sure there were no issues Would definitely rent again!

The property was very nice and smelled amazing, the room was super clean and very spacious for me and my family. The Andersons was very pleasant and quick to respond, we had no problems with the room, our expectations and experience with our stay was truly enjoyable! The only negative thing tht I can say about the property NOT my room stay is tht the guy who I'm guessing to be the maintenance guy on the property was not pleasant AT ALL, of your going to use the gym like I did if your child is not 14 yrs or older regardless of the sign posted even accompanied with the parent they can't be in there according to the maintenance guy, he kicked out not only my son but a few other I'm guessing teenagers in there as well who was just working out, but other than tht my family and I had a great time. We will definitely be returning.

Hi- we have been coming the past few years to attend Darius Rucker's Monday After the Master's Charity Golf Event. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It is peaceful, has a homey/comfy feel and is very clean. The owners are so kind and checked in with us making sure we had everything that we needed. This will always be our first choice from now on.

We were in north myrtle beach for three weeks. We have often stayed at the mar vista grande and this condo was one of the nicest we have stayed in. It was nicely furnished and amazingly clean. Very well stocked with startup supplies and necessities. View was beautiful and balcony was very comfortable. Owners were easily accessible and responsive to calls and texts. The only negative thing we experienced was the inability to control the thermostat other than within the few degree range it was locked at, a few nights it was uncomfortably warm at night while trying to sleep, especially the back bedrooms.

What a perfect property. The owners were awesome!!! The property was spot on for our family Thanksgiving pilgrimage to the coast. The property was very clean and the condo was adequately supplied with all the necessities. The owner checked in with us several times making sure we were enjoying our stay. Condo was spacious and clean with all the amenities needed to include dishware and appliances. Plenty of towels and linens were provided as well as blankets to cuddle up on the couch and enjoy the amazing view of the beach and the ocean! Owners were super friendly and provided detailed instructions that were easy to follow making check-in a breeze. Washer and dryer provided with starter sets for washing clothes and dish soap for dishes and soap and shampoo/conditioner to bath and shampoo our hair. This condo is in an amazing location just a short walk from main street in downtown North Mytrle Beach. Beds were comfortable and bedroom ceiling fans were a nice touch. There were six in our party and this condo could have easily accommodated more (up to 10).
