location and clean bedding

Very comfortable rooms, safe, quiet and a good central location. Staff is very friendly.

I requested two rooms next to one another. The reception confirmed this from the first message over Booking.com. On the day of arrival, I was informed that this is not possible. I had to convince the staff to make arrangements, or alternatively I would cancel. Staff should not make promises to clients, if they do not intend to keep them. The encounter did not create a good first impression of the establishment.

The room was bigger than expected. The shower and living room with kitchen and the huge bed was comfy.

I booked a twin bed room. With 2 single beds but got a double bed. I was staying with my brother so it was a bit akward. Unsure if it was the site i was booking from but it showed 2 single beds.

I love the place. the self catering apartment is so comfortable, cozy and clean.

bathroom tap water has an odor when using but it goes away

There’s no smart TV, they have DSTV with limited channels

Could the DSTV channels be opened. TV wasn't user friendly.

The kitchen space is a lil too small for a self-catering apartment.
