The cleaning could have been better.

Apartment building and the rooms looked new. The building was clean, lots of food choices around. Close to movie theater and shopping.

The apartment was very dirty, seems like the host was not ready for the new guests. The listing noted that a washing machine was available however it was not. Traveling with little kids requires a washing machine for us. We booked specifically due to the washing machine availability and not having it was a real problem. The host did keep bringing new towels so thank you for that. Additionally, the bed was highly uncomfortable.

The Apartment Owner Ms.Violeta is very kind and welcoming. The intro-briefing was great about the location, as we have informed of our arrival, she was already there to greet us. Location is very much Center of Sarajevo, it is a good central spot to connect to the highway, or just a 10 minutes car ride to the downtown. The Building Complex's are new, the apartment is very much isolated as it is too hard to hear outside noises, it is good for a rest. The main entrance of apartment has many cafe"s, markets and even an apothecary. Overall our experience was 10/10

Everything was perfectly fine.

I don't like leaving bad reviews and i wouldn't have left this one either had it not been for the fact that the owner was rude when I mentioned that the flat was dirty. Even though I only stayed for one night I paid for two as I wasn't checking out until 13:00 and didn't want to take advantage. I made the booking late as couldn't get onto my scheduled flight and the apartment Kula Otoka I stayed in for previous 9 nights was booked out. Also just to prove that I don't leave bad reviews you can check the review I left for Apartman Kula Otoka.

Lokacija perfektna u jednom od najlepših naselja u Sarajevu, kada izađete napolje vidite lepo sredjenu travu, savršen pločnik, nigde nijedne tačkice, kao da ste negde u Švajcarskoj ili Norveškoj. Stan isto perfektan.

Excellent host, place and location.

New furniture and perfectly clean apartment. Sound isolation in the building is great. I felt like I was alone in the hole building. There is a small supermarket 20 meters away.
