I was very pleased. The space was nice and watching the jumping fish became a game for my children. My dog loved lounging on the balcony and taking walks to meet canine friends. It was a great getaway location.

Overall very disappointed, place wasn’t very clean and LR furniture needs replacing. Outdoor furniture is shot.
Manager was lax in getting back to me, but did send maintenance guy to fix all the broken/missing items, and partial carpet cleaning.
Garage & carport are on the small size, truck & boat barely fit.
The location is ok, nice beach, 2 restaurants & marina. Close to Apollo Beach for nicer restaurants.

We used the pools, gym, restaurant, etc and it made our trip so nice because we literally didn’t have to leave the location once we arrived.

Love, love, love. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. The community is pretty, with nice pools and a private beach. Very little traffic in and around the community which was awesome. We are at both restaurants on site and meals were great and reasonably priced. I would suggest extra blankets being made available as the covers on beds are thin (not a negative...some of us just got a little cold). Also, the House book says chairs and umbrellas are free, but they are $5 each to rent. Which is very very reasonable. Thanks for letting us stay!

Love, love, love. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. The community is pretty, with nice pools and a private beach. We had 8 people in our group (4 adults, 3 adult-sized teens/tweens and one child) and this condo worked out well for us. The balconies off of the bedrooms and living room were great to relax on! Nice little private beach and pools. Good location to be able to visit surrounding areas including Clearwater Beach, Anna Maria Island and the Tampa Bay Rays. You can see Tropicana field across the water when you are at the private beach. All in all we had a great vacation, thank you!

We had 8 people in our group (4 adults, 3 adult-sized teens/tweens and one child) and this condo worked out well for us. The balconies off of the bedrooms and living room were great to relax on! Nice little private beach and pools. Good location to be able to visit surrounding areas including Clearwater Beach, Anna Maria Island and the Tampa Bay Rays. You can see Tropicana field across the water when you are at the private beach. All in all we had a great vacation, thank you!

Hopefully by the time you're reading this, many of the issues and suggestions we informed the owner about will have been corrected/updated! We all liked the resort as a whole and the unit space was more than comfortable for the five of us. The privacy of the living room balcony was delightful. Just as owners expectations are high that as renters we will follow the "house rules" and maintain your property as we would our own, our renters expectations are high that the unit will be clean and contain the amenities as described in the lodging description. We were more than disappointed in the uncleanliness of the unit and a number of lacking amenities.
One of the factors in choosing the unit was the first floor bedroom w/bath accessibility for our elderly mother. That being said, it would be a good idea to install a safety bar in the tub/shower as the side of the tub is quite high and is difficult getting in/out. Also, the tub is missing a stopper, making a bath impossible. Also, a towel/clothing hook on the bath door would be useful.
Surprisingly, since there is a hefty cleaning fee associated with the rental, the unit is in need of an overall good cleaning. The carpets are stained in various areas of all rooms, and have not been vacuumed behind/underneath nightstands, along baseboards or under beds. The living room has a huge dust cobweb hanging above the couch which is quite noticeable and unsightly (we left it hanging). All of the transom windows are filthy. We found several smashed bugs on some of the walls. Upon check-in, none of the sliding glass doors were closed properly, letting in warm air and bugs.
The kitchen is in need of more utensils, plus mixing and serving bowls. The toaster doesn't work properly, burning toast within seconds. The cutting/steak knives are beyond dull which makes them extremely dangerous for use. The artificial flowers should be cleaned.
We had to purchase a shower liner (room w/2 beds) as the one hanging was stained with mold/mildew, and covered with hair. This bathroom could use a towel bar, and a towel/clothing hook on bathroom door. Additionally, the toilet flush valve needs to be replaced, it squeals- loudly.
The second floor master bedroom is missing a smoke alarm. I don't think I need to explain the importance of fire safety!
Lastly, linens were provided, however, not completely as wash cloths and bath mats were missing.

Not much around & home needs work
The house said it was a gated community, it's not. Anyone can drive in and out anytime except from 9pm to 3am where a guard stands and stops cars to ask where you are going, not secure. We always choose gated communities that only people with a code can get in so we feel safe in a strange area and this is a VERY rural area. The dishwasher is old, does not wash the dishes, the celing at the bottom of the stairs leaks and The shower rod flew off when you moved the curtain. The unit that sleeps up to 10 has 3 pans all so old I wouldn't use them even in my camper and 2 are for a bachelor they are very small, one medium size which made it so we couldn't cook! We made frozen pizza once and only one side of the oven heats... seriously, I don't hesitate paying this amount for a vacation home we have 6 rentals ourselves but, this was terrible!! We were very disappaointed and will not think about going back to this area again. There is no place to just go outside of your condo and sit outside besides your deck. We learned the hard way, hopefully nobody else will have too.

Wonderful resort, beautiful home, and great hosts!
Conversed with hosts by emails and texts - they were very accommodating! Unit is amazing - even saw dolphins in the canal from our patio! Beautiful resort - we felt very safe. Went for walks in the beautiful weather, enjoyed gorgeous sunsets, great beach and pools, fantastic food and drinks, went on a dolphin tour with South Shore Watersports who is also right on the resort, and great views from just sitting on our patio! Definitely looking forward to staying here next year!

Clean, good space, lots to do, comfortable, really enjoyed it.
In general we found the place, Clean, good space, lots to do, comfortable. My mother is 81 and had her own room on the first floor, as well as a bathroom she REALLY LOVED IT!!! Kitchen is decent size, bedrooms nice, clean, great sleeping. Patrick met us and showed us around, he was very nice and very informative, answered all of our questions, no problem. We saved some money by cooking ourselves and the dining area was perfect for the 5 of us. Will rent again.
