Gorgeous Secluded Treehouse with Spectacular Views
Hermosa y verdaderamente remota casa de árbol bordeada de secuoyas en la cima de una colina con vistas espectaculares. Es cómodo para cualquier tipo de visitante a la península de Monterey: 2 familias o grupos de amigos se quedan cómodamente. La cama principal tiene baño en suite y está separada de otros 3 dormitorios y otros 2 baños por una gran sala de estar. La casa es tranquila y relajante. ¡Es acogedor en invierno con su estufa de leña y chimenea de gas y diversión en verano con una terraza cubierta de sol para pasar el rato en las cálidas noches de verano!
Hay una gran terraza con una elegante fogata y una barra de madera hecha a mano junto a una barbacoa de gas. Las lámparas de calor están disponibles para cualquier noche fría. Gran pantalla de televisión se encuentra en una sala de estar con una estufa de leña. En la segunda sala de estar hay un sofá grande y cómodo y tiene una chimenea de gas para el ambiente y vistas más espectaculares del valle. El mater tiene un baño con duchas dobles y una puerta a la terraza. Las tres habitaciones traseras son amplias y están bien equipadas con vistas y dos con acceso a una terraza privada. Un baño está recién remodelado y el otro tiene una bañera para remojarse. Todos los baños están abastecidos de acuerdo a sus necesidades. Todas las camas tienen edredones y cómodos colchones. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesitas y un poco más como café y especias. ¡Y hasta un boom cargado!
En la parte de atrás hay una barbacoa para fumadores y carbón con bancos y sillas de camping para asar a la perfección. Los huevos de gallina frescos están en el gallinero.
Puede subir la colina directamente desde su camino de entrada o bajar la colina hacia el parque para caminar hasta el sendero de la cascada.
En el pueblo, a 7 minutos bajando la colina, hay muchos restaurantes y salas de cata de vinos. Puede estacionar y caminar de un extremo al otro o terminar en un parque para niños.
Por supuesto, estás a 20 minutos del carmelo junto al mar, 25 a Monterey y lo mismo a la playa de guijarros. Si desea una hora espectacular en coche por la impresionante carretera 1, diríjase a Big Sur.

Awesome location on top a mountain. No issues with the road getting to the treehouse. Great drive on the way up with lots of wildlife. Can’t ask for anything else.

We really enjoyed our time at the treehouse - it's a beautiful home and the location and views are so serene! The house is very well stocked for cooking and well equipped with games and is a great setting for a group of friends or family!

We thoroughly enjoyed the treehouse. The views were fabulous!! The house was very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you need. The wild life was all over. It was very cool to see.
The VRBO description mentions a hot
Tub, but there wasn’t one. The one lane road to the house was a little sketchy.

We had a really lovely time at the Treehouse with family and friends. It is a unique property with great views and close to spectacular hiking. It is a bit remote, at the end of a narrow winding road, but that was not a problem for us as the reward was worth it, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed feeding the wood stove, which was needed to warm the place up in the mornings. Great place to stay!

The house was amazing. It is in the most perfect location for privacy and the views were stunning!! The house has been remodeled and it’s beautiful. We were very happy with our stay and we highly recommend to all that want some privacy and to be surrounded by the beautiful Carmel Valley.

Per my granddaughter…the best place we’ve ever stayed. Comfortable and cozy. A little eerie getting there…but once there, super private, quit, lots of wildlife and a very unique cabin. Enjoyed!

We had a lovely stay for a girls weekend! The property is so beautiful and we loved all the windows and views. The fire places kept things so cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented this beautiful and very private home with stunning views of the mountain and valley. Below are shops of Carmel Valley and only a short drive to Carmel by the sea. Perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.

Don't stress out about the drive to the place....it's easier than they say!!
With a wee-bit of communication issues in the beginning, the owners have done a wonderful job of creating a space that is EXCELLENT for families or friends to communicate and reestablish relationships.
It has everything you'd need so bring your essentials and food and just relish in the quietness and wonderful views. It's a gem that needs to be discovered by as many as possible.

This is a unique property that gets 5 stars for the views. We really appreciated that there was a fire going in the stove for us when we arrived because it was quite chilly. It was a very comfortable amount of space for 3 adult couples and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. That being said, just be prepared for the drive up the hill – I was expecting it to be a little challenging based on prior reviews, however it still didn’t quite prepare us for the adventure. Today I happened to see that the description for this property on another well-known/popular rental service provides details on this, so you might want to check it out if VRBO isn’t updated (also explains the missing chickens during our stay :)). I would highly recommend this property for a secluded, relaxing getaway if you are planning to mostly stay put. If you are going to do a lot of activities/eat out away from the property frequently, it might not be the most convenient location from a driving perspective. I rented the house because we were attending a family wedding in Carmel Valley and we had multiple evening events to attend, so it maybe wasn’t the most ideal location for our situation. The house has some quirks/is little rough around the edges (faucets work backwards, broken/loose kitchen floor tiles, sink basin not attached to counter/no outlet near sink in renovated guest bath, etc.). To be fair, the condition is fairly typical of most rental homes that I’ve stayed in. The beautiful views definitely make up for any quirks. If you want a remote getaway with incredible views, this is your place.

The treehouse was amazing!!!!! The house was spacious and accommodating for all three couples. The family room was great for conversation and the dining table suited us well. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!!

That said, the pantry is pretty stocked with fun stuff like popcorn, pancake mix and any spice you could ever need. We could have baked a cake if we wanted with all the ingredients they had. The beds are so comfy and everything is so cozy! The view is absolutely gorgeous as well. Well worth it!!

Henderson Tree House
This is a wonderful gem in Carmel Valley.
Very secluded and peaceful. If you have kids they will love checking for eggs every morning like my kids did. The views are beautiful. This was a great experience for the whole family.

Amazing
This is a beautiful home perched on the hillside So quiet and peaceful. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the view around the fire pit. All kinds of games for entertainment. The host was very helpful w dinner recommendations. We have stayed at numerous host homes in us and Europe. This home is one of the best. Warning the drive up the hillside to the house is a little nerve wracking
