Everything worked out very well for us, as expected. There were only five of us in this day so we were very comfortable with the bedroom accommodations. Caesar, was very attentive to our that came up as we stayed there but, responding to us very quickly each time. We were there to attend NASCAR races that weekend and the location only could have been better if we were next to the track. Haha.

The house was great and we felt comfortable. We were going to a concert at the Circuit of the Americas and this place was a couple of miles down the road. I would not recommend if you are traveling to Austin. It is still another 20 minute drive to get there. It fits quite a few people but it wasn't a lot with us.

Very nice Austin house that is clean and well stocked for our stay. The beds were comfy and they provided extra air mattresses and bedding to accommodate our needs. We stayed 4 nights for a big car show at the Travis county expo. We travel to Austin regular and would stay again! TY Cesar!

Came for the NSCAR race with 2 other couples. Found Cesar’s house last minute and it was perfect. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was very courteous. Will be back.

So close to COTA
We stayed here for an event at COTA. It was so convenient to stay so close to the event. The house was spacious and the host was very accommodating. Make sure to hit up the big grocery store before your stay.

Fabulous location for those going to COTA
Ceasar presented a great property for our three night stay. The place is darling with a nice backyard. He left plenty of coffee and condiments for us in the kitchen. We had a working weekend At the track nearby. I cannot tell you how convenient it was to be able to go to the track in the morning early and only have to drive a few miles. It was perfect for our needs. Also we needed two house several people so the double bunk bed situation was perfect for us. Also I might add that Ceasar was very very responsive. Whenever we had a question or needed something he was right there and provided it to us. We would highly recommend this property

Great house and great host
I traveled to Austin, TX with a group of friends and had a great time at Cesar’s home. He was very quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. It was a nice house and perfect for the needs of our group. Would come back and stay here again!

One night stay
The property was just fine. We only used it for one night as we had a wedding to attend in Buda. The house was very clean, had coffee and plenty of cooking items, however, we just ordered to go. Owner was easily available for contact if needed.
I would recommend this home for someone coming to Austin, or especially any event at the Circuit of the Americas.

Nice, large home near the airport
Cesar's place was a perfect home base for us to venture out and explore Austin. Plenty of space, enough beds to comfortably sleep 4 adults and 4 children, a well stocked kitchen, and fenced-in backyard. Felt like home!

Great property and owner!!
A group of friends/family and I chose this place for our weekend getaway and it was the best decision we could’ve made. The house was super clean and spacious. The owner was always super responsive and answered any questions that we had and was very accommodating. We stayed in the masters bedroom and it was HUGE. Super worth it and will be booking this place again the next time we are in ATX.

Overall a good stay. Although, I think the ring is an invasion of privacy and the price is too high for the location (not many restaurants around and 20 minutes from downtown Austin)

Super convenient to COTA
We were in Austin for racing at COTA. This is the closest we have ever found accommodations to COTA. It’s proximity to AUS and to the track made it a really good choice for us.

Cesar’s home was amazing! We loved every bit of it and it was plenty of space. Everything you’ll need is already there and the beds are super comfortable!! Very nice and clean home in a beautiful neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Cesar!!!

Great Place For Big Groups
Rented this house for a weekend get away with some friends. The house was nice but the location was about 30 minutes from downtown Austin. We enjoyed our stay although we did get charged for a few things that were already damaged before our stay. So make sure to take pictures and videos before you get to comfortable.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing, even though it was just for one night our VRBO host was so nice and super attentive to any questions or concerns. Clean home, totally safe and super cozy ☺️ Would def book again.

This house has everything that you'll need. We ended up staying a couple of weeks and were so glad that we had a place with a washer/dryer. There is plenty of space and beds for lots of people. I read on other comments that it is not close to a grocery store and this is partially true. The nearest large store (HEB/Target/Walmart) is at least 20 min away. The gas station close by does have a food mart with meat, some produce, and other essentials. It also sells some Mexican food, burgers, fried chicken, etc. The host is very helpful and responsive.

Great home!
This house has everything you would need. Very glad that I got a place with TV's, washer/dryer, and dish washer. Wifi works well and the place is very clean. It was nice to have a garage during the winter storm that came in. The location is a little far from a typical large grocery store, but the gas station down the road has a little food mart in it. You can buy meat, some produce, and lots of other staples. They also sell some Mexican food, burgers, fried chicken, etc. The host is very helpful and responsive.
