Breakfast was super small. There was no mini fridge but they have it on the room description

1. They accept only cash and No cards. 2. Few Lights (Especially the light near mirror) were not working in the room and the room had a broken almirah. 3. We need to cater for dinner and lunch as there is no restaurant , and the breakfast provided were mediocre. 4. Dont expect any assistance in terms of rent a bike or hiring a taxi. 5. Water leakgae in bathroom.

Beautiful view on Mount Agung and super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and bed were clean and comfortable. Pool is small but still nice. Breakfast ist absolutely fine and the location in general is great for winding down and even working remotely for a few days. Nothing really to complain!

The location isn’t really the best if you consider nearby restaurants or business in general. But if you’re looking for a place to wind down, you’re all good. You can also always rent a scooter for a fair price and go whenever/wherever you want to. Also, if you arrive at the Buyuk Harbour it’s actually located very well and even walkable if your traveling with light luggage (it’s a little uphill, but better than taking an overpriced Taxi)

Really nice view. Bed really comfortable as well. Price quality excellent.

Didn't have a hot shower, only cold. Although with the hot environment it's not that terrible. Breakfast wasn't really good.

The bedroom was large and bright. The pool and view is nice.

The staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful and dismissive during our stay. Our presence felt like an inconvenience to them. The bike they rented us broke 3 times in 24hr. They did not give us any local tips or helpful advice as they didn’t want to talk to us. The pancakes they serve at breakfast appear to be shop brought as they were so chewy and poor every day. All in all the staff ruined our stay there, the facilities were okay and would have been much improved by friendly staff.
