Great house, super location. Quiet area, but still 4 restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Closest restaurant is about 5 minutter walk from the property. Pool was well maintained and water was clean. Direct access to the beach, so it is very easy to take a swim in the sea. Sea water is also super clean and nice. Aircondition worked in all rooms, so we could take a break from the almost 40 degree Celsius outside when needed. We loved the big outdoor kitchen/living room area where we did almost all the cooking and eating

Kitchen wear and tools were very basic. Everything was there, but most of it was a little worn out.

Our visit to Villa Ammos was absolutely perfect. In real life, the place looks as stunning as it does on the pictures. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable, the outside area was a great place to relax, cook, shower and socialise & the staircase down to the quiet beach was super convenient. We had a fantastic week of rest & relaxation at Villa Ammos, and would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the south of Crete.

From the parking to the pool: perfect! Being right on the beach, hearing the waves day and night - this was absolutely wonderful! Very warm welcome by Despoina and Takis.

Amazing and beautiful place! Villa Ammos is very modern with perfect indoor and outdoor furnishings. The terrace is very big and convenient. The pergola on the terrace offers comfortable shadow for the whole day. The whole Villa is finished with high quality materials and with luxury of good taste and colors. Snorkeling spots are accessible by walk is less than 5 min, the sea is just down the terrace. You can hear the gentle sound of waves when you lay on the terrace! That is very relaxing. Although in beachfront, the villa is at some small high and offers an excellent view to the Libyan sea. Ideal for home-office or remote working, you can work inside on the second floor or outside at the big exterior kitchen table. Beds where comfortable and the bedrooms gave view to the sea!

Despoina and Takis’s property is even better than the pictures show. It makes the best of the amazing over 180 degrees see views from every single room (even the shower in the master bedroom). The property is spotless and stylishly decorated whilst being very practical for a beach holiday. The pool is the right length for swimming and the outdoor kitchen is perfect for lunches and dinners al fresco. Despoina is a welcoming and warm host who was very attentive to all our needs, thank you. I would definitely recommend their villa for a paradise Cretan beach holiday.

The hosts are wonderful! They helped us so patiently in everything we needed and they were so nice. The villa is in very high level. It is beautiful, big, clean and comfortable. It was even a lot better than we expected. It also had everything we needed such as dishes, food that they left for us in the refrigerator, etc. Very recommeded. We had a great vacation!
