The location for this condo is nearly perfect. Great access to the mountain and to the resort center. Hot tub was enjoyable, and easy to access from unit. Parking and elevator are incredibly convenient to unit. Only recommendation to owner is to replace some of the kitchen items that are a bit worn.

Summer plans in Copper Mtn should not be avoided! This condo was centrally located to the center of the park. Easy walking access to the gondola, restaurants, and shops. I could even see my daughter jumping on the trampoline from our balcony. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Will stay again!

There were so many problems with this place. The front entry light flickers, the bathroom off the kitchen does not flush properly, there were not two additional keys in the place as the listing promised, one of the box fans was broken, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, the microwave did not work at all, one of the windows does not close, the bedroom with the four beds is so crowded with beds that the door doesn’t even open fully, and despite many attempts at getting these issues resolved and multiple conversations with the very unhelpful Vacasa staff we were unable to get the majority resolved. The people on the phone number you can “call” or “text” if you have issues are not responsive, do not speak English, and cannot actually help with anything other than “placing a ticket” with no estimated time of completion. Save yourself the trouble and do not stay here!

This is a very nice property that we have stayed in twice. The views are amazing and the location is great. Copper Mountain is a great place to stay in the summer for amazing mountain views, cycling golf, chairlift rides, etc...
The microwave was broken and we called it in on day one. No one ever came to fix it. Also, the master bed comforter had tears in it.

The place was decent and great location. Vacasa customer service was very poor. Room was not cleaned at all when we checked in at 4pm. Communication was terrible and unreliable. They wouldn’t give us a late check out despite our late check in. Had to fight them to get any kind of resolution. Annoying way to spend time on vacation.

Great place in the heart of Copper for a group

We loved this property once we were able to get in. The location, proximity to lifts, and set up were perfect. We had an issue checking in where the room was not quite finished being cleaned when we arrived, but Vacasa sent the crew over to wrap things up and extended our check out time. Also, on departure, there was an apparent planned outage of electricity, so the elevator was not functioning and we had to carry ski bags and luggage down multiple flights of stairs to check out. We knocked off 2 communication stars because we were not notified of the outage and would have planned differently. Even with the check in/check out hassles, we would rent again.

Due to severe weather storm, flight was cancelled. Also, because of dangerous road conditions, all roads were in area were closed, making it impossible to get to the place. I contacted Vacasa through multiple outlets (call, email, text) to no avail. But they continued to text automatically about checkin, cleanliness, checkout, etc. even though I clearly stated I would not be able to even make it to the place. Not looking for a full refund at the time, just wanted to work towards a solution.

Overall it was a nice and cozy stay. AMAZING location. There were some things that need fixing though. The bunk bed ladders are not mounted to the beds and feel dangerous to use and one of the bunk beds is not mounted to the wall. It feels very shaky and scary being on it. There was an empty Gatorade bottle found beside one of the beds. One of the high chairs is broken.

Absolutely loved this location. Steps from the hot tub and lifts. They have a ski locker making stay more convenient! There is a basket style coffee pot not a pod style, so bring ground coffee.
Master bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The bunk beds were so much better. Also, the restaurant trucks start unloading at 5:30-6:30 AM so use fan noise. The center village lights shine all night long and there are no curtains so bring an eye mask. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great Condo! It was clean & cozy. Great access to hot tub, ice maker & kitchen was nicely stocked. I can see how it might be small for 8 adults especially during ski season. We have been coming to Copper for labor day weekend for 12+ years! This condo was great for enjoying the music.
Vacasa was difficult to communicate with. You never speak to the same person and I never could get a local persons contact information. Make sure you only communicate with them via VRBO (they will try to text you and have you log into their website but then there is no record for vrbo to back you). I had reported a few things to them when we arrived -nothing was a huge deal but the local property manager blamed the owners for an issue and then told me I would have to be drunk, dancing on the counter or fling myself into the wall in order to knock the shelf (I let them know the floating shelves werent secured because when we arrive the edge of one of the shelves was barely on the bar. It wouldnt take much to move it). The response made me laugh but also feel vacasa lacked professionalism & if they blamed the owners like that then theres no way they will work with me if there was an issue.
Only one bed had a mattress pad- I had asked for an extra sheet or something the first night and was told they would bring it 3 times but no one ever did bring an extra sheet or mattress pad. We survived though :)
Overall I would love to stay again but not sure I want to work with vacasa again.

Location is obvious. Proximity to hot tub and elevator was a bonus. Well supplied unit. Great for children with the bunk beds. Well equipped with bathroom necessities like TP, Shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. Bedding was clean. Bring your own coffee. Would be 5 star but had an issue with the door on the deck not closing properly. Very cold. Contacted VACASA property managers and never addressed it. It's a 5 star property besides....

The unit is completely run down and overcrowded with furniture. Needs updates and some cleaning. Very little to no storage space for all our bags. The closets are very small and had cleaning supplies in them so we’re not usable. The lining of the shower curtain was stained yellow and the water did not drain very well. Could be better with some TLC.

We can’t wait to stay again! Beds are comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Fireplace is great! It does her super warm at night but we just cracked a window. We are from Oklahoma. Don’t like to sleep when it’s warm! Ha! The location was PERFECT! Parking garage was an added bonus. Great water pressure with really hot water! You never get that other places!
-We didn’t ever find a parking pass. We got a tow notice note. Thank goodness our car wasn’t towed!
-We only got 2 keys (the ones in the box where we checked in.) There were 6 of us so that was a slight inconvenience.
We LOVED staying here! The view is fantastic! Location when skiing is EVERYTHING! One other thing I wish we had checked out was how to use the ski lockers. We just lugged our stuff up and down. Not terrible. Just could have been easier. Thank you for your great condo! See you again!

If this location in copper mountain village isn’t the best then it’s the 2nd best. Steps away from all the action and steps from the American Eagle lift. Cozy condo with everything you need for a nice trip into the mountains. Highly recommend! I know I’ll be booking it again…

We really enjoyed our stay at Copper Mountain this summer. This condo is located right in the middle of Center Village with great views of the mountains. Easy access to food, stores, hot tub and all of the outdoor activities. The furnishings were comfortable and the summer atmosphere in Copper is amazing. We would highly recommend this unit. Thanks!

Location, Location
This unit has the best location possible, just a few steps away from the American Eagle lift. This makes it very convenient, as you do not have to carry your equipment a long way. Unit is nice and well furnished. The hot tub and gym is in the same floor, so this is also very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will rent it again in the future.

Great location with everything you need
Very close to the lips and to the center village shopping and restaurants. Although some have reviewed the mattresses and said they didn’t like one of them, we found that the mattresses were suitable and good for our needs. Just depends if you like harder or softer mattresses. Kitchen was well stocked and a cozy atmosphere.

First timers at Copper Mountain
Let me start off by saying the location of this property is 10 stars out of 5.... it is right next to the lift and the Half pipe and within a couple blocks of all the central restaurants, stores, ice skating rink. We loved that. We didn't leave the mountain for 3 days because we had everything at our fingertips. Our kids (12 and 14) loved it. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, there were plenty of towels, and the hot tub and sauna were on the same level as the condo and they were both large and very nice. I am knocking off a star because the place seemed smaller than the pictures and I don't think there would be any way that 8 people could stay there. There is enough beds and seating, but the rooms are so packed with beds that there is no room for suitcases and the rooms didn't have any overhead lighting (only lamps). Also, it would have been nice if there were some extra throw/fuzzy blankets around in the living room after being freezing skiing.

Stick with local management
This condo is in a great location both within the building and relative to the resort. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. The carpet is gross and needs to be replaced, there were blankets that were visibly dirty, and when we arrived, it had a musty smell. The condo itself is very bare bones. You have absolute essentials, but there are no games or anything other than cooking supplies. The only provision was a set of salt and pepper shakers. The management company doesn’t provide any coffee or tea or anything. I’ve rented units at copper for the past 6 years, but never with Vacasa. I recommend sticking with the local management companies (sky run, copper). They do a much better job and make check out easier (Vacasa requires you to drop off a key rather than just leaving in the unit). Also, any time I’ve needed things in the past, there’s a local number to call to reach Copper’s and sky run’s management companies, a person answers, and typically within the hour (if not sooner!), someone is at the door with whatever was needed/requested. With Vacasa, it’s an 800 number. The unit did have two humidifiers (mentioned in past reviews that there was only one). Overall, I’d say our experience was okay, but I wouldn’t rent the unit again unless they change management companies.
