Una encantadora casa Art Deco de tres habitaciones recientemente renovada, a 3 minutos a pie de las maravillosas cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas en Havelock North. Ubicación extremadamente tranquila y privada a solo minutos del vibrante centro del pueblo. La casa consta de 3 habitaciones dobles grandes, un baño recientemente renovado (con inodoro y ducha separados en la lavandería exterior), una cocina abierta / sala de estar con puertas francesas que se abren a una gran terraza que da al jardín privado. La propiedad está completamente cercada, lo que la convierte en un lugar sin preocupaciones para niños y animales.

Lovely place to stay
Fantastic place to stay, very convenient to town. Lots of space for young children to olay. The house has everything you need and was lovely having milk in the fridge upon arrival. Only thing missing was a washing machine. Thank you will be back.

We stayed in the house for 1 week. It is exceptionally clean and it is styled beautifully. The house has everything that a young family needs. We had a lot of fun and happy times staying in this perfectly located house.

Great Property
This property meets all our requirements plus some. It has a great location very close to Havelock North and all of its attractions. This trip we went from 19 degrees temperature to 4 days and nights of high temperatures, consistently 30 degrees down to about 21 degrees ovenight but we were very comfortable in this house. Thanks Alex for a great place, well stocked and super clean and for being a great communicator.

Havelock 3 day stay
The property was just what we needed for my partner and I and our two dogs. It was comfortable, secure, in a quiet neighborhood yet close to amenities and fully fenced for our dogs. We would certainly book this property again.

Excellent property, fantastic location!
This property is lovely, spacious and clean. Tastefully decorated and has a lovely large backyard perfect for our little Schnauzer to run around in. It’s location is great too. Within walking distance to the village, playground and skate spark. Less than 3 minutes by car to the supermarket. Beds are comfortable, good water pressure in the shower and the kitchen is well equipped. Nothing to fault, and would definitely stay again.

Deco on Duart
Very well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a bit of style thrown in. The house is much more spacious than the photos show. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. It is also very handy to Havelock Village, which has some great restaurants/cafes. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable in Havelock North
This was our second time staying at Alex's place in Havelock North. We loved it the first time and even more the second as the bathroom had been beautifully renovated and the home was immaculate and perfect for our small family and dog. Thanks Alex for another wonderful stay at your Deco home!

GREAT Location, very comfortable and clean.
This is our second trip here and we really enjoy everything about this home and location. It is so well-located being very close to Havelock North village. The home is peaceful, very clean and comfortable, with great living and kitchen facilities and the deck gives access to a fully fenced property with large lawn and garden areas in both sunshine and shade. Alex is a great communicator.

Comfortable, well-located and peaceful
We were so appreciative to have such a clean, comfortable, warm,well located and peaceful home to stay in. The kitchen / living areas were great, the beds were comfortable and the deck was big and gave easy access to the large, fenced, private back lawn and garden which we also really enjoyed. Off street parking in a quiet street and minutes from the centre of Havelock North, this place ticked all the boxes for us and our Shih Tzu dog.

Perfect three bedroom place with well equipped clean kitchen. Great location in the centre of havelock north close to wineries and other amenities. Back yard was fully fenced perfect for the dogs. Thanks for an amazing stay

Lovely house but let down by rather basic bathroom.
This is a nice house close to the centre of Havelock Nth about 10 mins walk. The living room and kitchen are comprehensively equipped and comfortable with an interesting garden-I’ve never seen a walnut growing. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and there is parking at the front door. The bathroom is serviceable but quite dated. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely comfortable and convenient home
We had a great stay in this comfortable, spacious and very well-equipped home, conveniently located steps away from the village and close to so many wonderful attractions - wineries, beaches, Te Mata Peak, and more. Beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed and fenced in garden meant the dog was happy too!

Fantastic place to stay!
A wonderful host, great house and super-convenient location. The house was clean and really well equipped with huge rooms and a lovely back garden. Alex could not have been more helpful, arranging an early check in and responding quickly to messages. The location is perfect, moments from Havelock North for eating out etc, a quick drive to Waimarama and Ocean Beach for surfing and swimming, a stone's throw from the awesome outside pool and very close to the tracks up Te Mata Peak. Totally perfect for our family!

Property good, HomeAway/Bookabach not good
The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to emails and texts - she went out of her way for our stay, and that was greatly appreciated. I would book this house again, but I would not use HomeAway/ Bookabach again - the website (when booking) is not informatove of costs/break down. This is a 3 bedroom house advertised to sleep a maximum of 6 people, but the rate per night is only applicable to 2 people - more than 2 people is charged at a high rate per person which is just added at the end when you see a break down of costs. This is not a crticism of the owner in any way. The website was unclear, i would go elsewhere.

Lovely, clean well equipped property, the furnishings were tastefully done and we felt really at home staying here. The backyard being fully fenced was great for our dog. Beds and pillows were super comfy so thank you for that. Lovely sunny property close to town so we could walk for dinner. Would stay again and recommend to anyone travelling to Havelock North. Really enjoyed our stay here
Really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice property full of character with all the amenities you'd need, and a fabulous back garden. The fully enclosed section was a bonus that our dog relished too.
Excellent location right in the heart of Havelock North, close to Te Mata peak, wineries, and access to all the bike trails in the area.
Fully recommend.
