Historic Downtown Artist Enclave
Un espacio comercial en la unidad inferior de una casa adosada del centro de Harrisburg convertida en una pequeña casa artística. Ubicado en el moderno barrio de SoMA (South of Market) del centro de Harrisburg, a pasos de la estación Amtrack / Greyhound, el Capitolio del Estado de Pensilvania, Strawberry Square, los hoteles Crowne Plaza / Hilton y a pocas cuadras de Restaurant Row. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Jonathan is wonderful and always responds quickly. It’s a quick, convenient 20 minute drive to Hershey. I would recommend staying here.

We were in town for a concert at Hershey park. We were conveniently located near the arts festival. The owner gave us great recs of places to eat. The owner was very attentive and understanding of the check-in and check-out process.

Very nice place to stay. We were only there for a quick overnight stay but everything was very nice. Clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be a small tv in the bedroom because the couch area is more a bed than a couch but overall it was very nice.

Exactly as the listing stated. Very little outside noise and easy parking in front. For our stay we didn’t need to worry about meter rules. Easily accessible and walking distance to everything downtown. The host was very communicative and attentive. We will definitely be back soon and have already began referring friends and family.

Jonathan was very accommodating allowing us to check in early due to non occupancy the day before. It was an awesome beginning to our mid week birthday celebration. House cleaning could have been better as food was left in the refrigerator from the prior visitors. The house has an artist flare adding to the comforting ambience. My only concern was that there is approximately a 6 inch difference in the floor in the kitchen area or front of the house to the bedroom area in the rear of the house. This means if you had a ball it would roll itself to the back of the house. This leads me to believe there is a foundation problem or possibly a safety issue. However we enjoyed our stay in the capital city. Awesome restaurants and a wonderful contact person, Jonathan.

This little place was perfect for two people, and the location is ideal. The owner is very responsive and gives you excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The unit is very clean and has everything you need, including a washer and dryer.

This property is a great place to stay especially if you need something for more than a week. It has everything you need to be comfortable plus it’s close to lots of great bars and restaurants. Jonathan is a great host and very accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is beautiful. Has a vintage look that is rare in vacation rentals. Kitchen had everything we neeeded. Property is beautifully setup and very clean. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Jonathan communicated everything I needed to know about the property before I checked in, including how to manage parking. The location was ideal; very close to Strawberry Square. I felt secure and comfortable during my extended stay. I would book this property again.

Wedding weekend
We came up to Harrisburg to have a small wedding ceremony with family. Jonathan's place was perfect. Nice and cozy and perfect location. Everything was as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was very attentive as host and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
