That the price was good and was a big apartment with a good view.

My woman didn't like that the mattress was smaller than the bed, that the couch had stains all over it and that there wasn't anything to warm with in the bedroom. There was an air conditioner in in living room, but you can't warm a big apartment only with one warming decide.

Nice view of the sea and the viewable area from room D4. Kitchen had all the essential appliances for our needs. Shower water temperature was pleasantly constant. Last but not least, being past mid-September the tourist crowds were mostly gone and the local crop of figs was bountiful so we made the best of it.

Upon arrival, the receptionist acted like we were not supposed to be there. Eventually, she called someone, had a spirited conversation in Bulgarian and finally checked us in. For the first couple of days (of a total of eight) we took a little bit of trash and placed it into a waste basket in the hallway, close to our room so as to make it easier for the maid to pick it up regardless of whether we were in our room or not. Boy, we had no idea how upset they were going to be by that! As a result, we found a hand written note on the outside of the entrance door to the apartment, chastising us for daring to touch that hallway waste basket! And from that point onwards our Wi-Fi in the room was cut off. When we complained at the reception that Wi-Fi no longer allowed us to access the internet, we were told that internet connection was available to guests only in the reception area. I find it hard to believe that the two events were not connected! So, they lost us as clients for any time in the future.

The room was dirty when we come in.There is no WiFi in the rooms only at the reception.

We had a great time there. The location (10-15 minutes walk from Kavarna Royal Beach Bar), the view, the personnel (especially the Lady that received us and took out our garbage daily - she was very nice and hard working - thank you again! She even gave us a little souvenir fridge magnet <3). The apartment we were in (4A) was huge, with a very large terrace. it could have easily housed 4 people. We appreciated the kitchen and its facilities, (we were able to bake! how cool is that?), it has an oven. The elevator came in handy for carrying the luggage :) Large closet, very much appreciated.

Cleanliness upon arrival... There were toothpaste spots on the bathroom mirror, bread crumbs in the kitchen, some hairs on the floor in the bathroom... Not major issues, but the cleaning personnel could pay a bit more attention... Also, you could provide the guests with cleaning stuff like floor detergent and disinfectant. We had problems with the water pressure during the whole stay. One afternoon we didn't have water at all (and then during the night they brought an excavator to fix the problem, we felt like on a construction site with all the noise. It also didn't seem to have fixed the issue - water was flowing on the street like a little creek, it even had algae growing - which I slipped on...) , the rest of the time the faucets "exploded" with pressure every time we turned them on. The shower could use a curtain to avoid making a pool out of the whole bathroom :) The jacuzzi didn't work. The TV only had Bulgarian channels, which is fine for locals, but we didn't understand a thing :)) maybe you could provide a larger variety? There was a DVD player in the living room... but it had no cable to connect to the TV... so it was useless (and probably from the 90s) The pool outside the complex could have night lighting.
