Of course I can , there was a slight argument when I approached the window to receive my room as I booked with booking . Com after I was sent around in circles I was given my room card . Once I entered this room I immediately got the willies … I noticed the white patches on the walls and what appeared to be blood spatter near the rest room . I disinfected the countertops , the bed was not made properly no bed bag covering the mattress nor a padded mattress over that, no fitted sheet … just sheets .. huge red flag . I went down stairs to the window I had to say it more than twice . The staff brought the a small child with them to my bedroom , the staff pulled the padded mattress off another bed from a room down …..as they made my bed ( still no mattress bag ) if you’ve been to a few rooms in your lifetime avoid this nightmare scenario at all cost. They have bed bugs ! I knew it but say by the time my bed was made it was pouring down rain outside and after 20:00 so I hoped for the best . ( the heater ) as I said it was cold raining wet day I approached the heater and it was covered in bust and lent omg 😱 the willies ! I was woken up by screaming through the walls - from other rooms … and I was itching , itching all over the place I woke up at 02:00 -0500 I went back to sleep at 0545 there was blood stains on the sheets. Ooooh they have roaches please please if you can afford place do not lodge here . There were some many things wrong here it was the mismatch furniture the filthy floor , and the microwave that read inside BLACKS ONLY “ . I was refused an refund for very horrific night “ I didn’t brush my teeth or wash my butt they still said no

Great location. Is very close to super stores pharmacies gas station restaurants and drive thru even Hospital is 3 blocks away

Poor poor customer service 😢 (seemed racist) rooms are very dirty, no toiletries, not even the little shampoos and soap nothing. Dirty towels are all stained up. Bed spread and pillows dirty, the atmosphere inside was filthy. Open the door to a roach.

The girl behind the counter and her brother were reassuring of our safety and put us in a room above the office.

No ice machine not so great location, people staying there were fighting last night and this morning when we woke up. The bed was ok. Except for the sinkhole in it. No breakfast or even coffee. No lobby. Just a shanty window for check in. Booking dot com messed the reservation up and we were supposed to be in REDONDO BEACH. This hotel which has the Title Redondo Beach is nowhere near the beach. Also This hotel wouldn't be getting a bad review from me if Booking dot com would've fixed their mistake and switched us to the correct hotel in Redondo Beach. But because they refused and I had to stay due to their policy of no refund and no help...You are getting a bad review. I wouldn't have ever booked a room in a place like this. I can say 100% I will never return and will not recommend. If you have a problem with my review take it up with Booking dot com.

the lady was nice! the room the first night sleep without remote from Check-in at 3:30pm the second day the room was changed it was very nasty no king jacuzzi bath room or large tub a rat was in the second room in which I switch back to the first room and I was unsatisfied I believe I should be pro rated☹️
