The vending machines were all not working. The ice machine was not working either. Thank God for the Ralphs market being open late on a Friday night!

The room I checked into had a leak on one side of the room when it started raining but they had quickly changed my room and I like the location,its very convenient. The TV was a flat screen TV not the old box TV. The two girls at the reception they were very helpful.

I didn't stay much in my room so there was nothing I didn't like. Maybe just have a fruit basket at the reception for those that are not offered breakfast.

I was there for one night with my daughter and a friend. We booked two rooms, and the hotel required the full prepayment several days before the arrival. When we arrived, in both rooms the hair dryer did not work! We asked for an additional hair dryer, but they did not have anyone!!! In addition, they said that they could not fix them until the day after! Some minutes later we realized that in one room the anti-smoking alarm rang every 30 seconds for a second. I asked for the manager, but he was not there! The girl at the front desk told us "try to do something"!! And so I tried to fix the alarm and fortunately, I was able to avoid the "drin" every 30 seconds! For rooms paid in advance (several days in advance), such treatment is unacceptable!!! In addition, there is no breakfast at all! Only some coffee in 2 square meters! They only offered the possibility to cancel the reservation, but it was too late! Avoid this hotel!
