Erwan was very responsive and accommodating. His helpfulness and good nature are the best part of staying here. He arranged taxis for us and even helped order a pizza for us when we arrived after realizing there was no grocery stores or restaurants nearby. He also had hot water installed to the apartment during our stay and provided some soap when we requested some. The air conditioner worked well, the view was great, and it was nice having a balcony and kitchen. The TV was awesome.

What we didn't realize when booking is how isolated the apartment is and that having transportation is absolutely necessary. You cannot walk or bike - you need a car or scooter. Taxis to the apartment from the airport and where grocery stores are will cost 3500-4000 XPF, so it's wise to factor in the cost of transportation when staying here.

Wonderful host - from start to finish. If I could rate Gustave an 11 I would Great location - (near manta ray diving and a 1 hour round trip hike Good facilities - you can do some laundry, best WiFi I’ve had on my trip, bicycles to use, and a view of that world famous lagoon from the balcony

The property is really modern and well equipped - the kitchen had everything you need to cook basic meals and there was even a washing machine and dryer! The internet worked pretty well even for movie streaming :) The vire of the lagoon was great and there was some good snorkeling right off the property, with stingrays and eels at times. But the best part of it all was Gustave, our host. He went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great stay, taking us wherever we needed to go and even lending us his GoPro after ours broke mid trip. I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back.
